I just stood there like a statue holding her, worried that if I moved she would vanish again. I can't recall how long I stayed there holding her like that, but it had to be long enough to draw the young shinobi concerned attention again.
"Is everything ok? Would you prefer I take her instead?" He asked, reaching back out to retrieve her.
"No, like I told you before I'll handle it." I firmly replied, gripping her tightly incase he should try to insist on taking her himself. It wasn't until the young shinobi jumped back with great speed and took a stance ready to fight, that I then realized my casual body language had turned to defensive. I turned my focus back on the unconscious woman laying in my arms. "What is it about this girl!" Once again I wasn't even aware of my own actions. Not wanting to bring more on lookers, I made my way to the Tree Leaf Hospital.

I sat in a bedside chair patiently waiting as medical-nin entered and left the room in a hurry. Medical staff was thinned short today, so everyone had several patients to attend to. Causing them to divided their time evenly between each patient depending on the injuries. Finally a medical-nin that had been in here several times approached with news.

"She sub stained some pretty bad internal injuries. In reality she shouldn't even be alive and her wounds are healing at a rapid rate on their own. We've never experienced something like this before. It's way beyond our own healing abilities, but if her body continues to heal at this pace she'll be completely recovered by tomorrow."
The medical-nin looked over her paperwork one last time before handing them to me and giving a reassuring smile before she left the room. I clutched the paperwork so tightly it started to crumple. "You stupid girl, why did you have to come back here. I was just starting to forget that silly looking girl who cried over some stupid ball." I gave her one last glance before exiting the room to fill in the Third Hokage about the current situation.

Hiruzen worked diligently at his desk, even with my presence in the room.
"Well..I never thought Naruto would get the best of you too kakashi. Especially to the point you would be forced to come see me," he chuckled as he wrote, his hand never missing a beat.
"This doesn't concern Naruto. It's more of a personal matter."
His hand came to a sudden halt so hard that I was sure he tore a hole in the scroll he was writing on. He let out a soft exhale setting his pen aside and turning his full focus on me.
"I assume this is an important matter, because you wouldn't have came to me about it other wise."

"A young woman was found badly injured not far from the village. I took her to receive medical treatment. She gonna live but not by anyone doing here. Her healing abilities is like nothing we've ever experienced before. She'll be completely healed by tomorrow."
He leaned back in his chair as if that would somehow help his thought process.
"I see...and does this woman happen to have silver hair similar to your own and icy blue eyes?"
I was a little baffled and threw off by the question at first it took me a minute to answer. "Did the Third Hokage already know this woman."

"Yes she does."

"Do you remember the old lost legend about the Kara Clan that resided in the Land Of Swamps?"

"Yes, it was said to be a clan made up of half breed demons if I remember the legend correctly."

"Well, legend goes that a small village of simple merchants moved to The Land Of Swamps to get away from the wars. It was also said that wolf demons had been spotted in The Land Of Swamps by travelers. So most feared the place, making it the perfect hideaway for the villagers. It was said the wolf demons eventually became curious about the villagers and even took human forms to interact with them. Some even chose to stay in their human forms living amongst the villagers. It was also said that their crossed offspring had amazing healing abilities and extensive chakra amounts. The crossed offspring had three very distinguished traits. Silver hair, blue eyes and amazing healing abilities."

"What happened to them?"

"The few offspring that existed was hunted down for their eyes, giving it user extensive chakra amounts. The villagers were slaughtered in the process and the wolf demons went into hiding to mourn. That young woman is the last of the Kara Clan. A old couple of merchant travelers found her on the out skirts of the Land Of Swamps and brought her here several years ago seeking help. They agreed to raise the child as their own in secrecy, but if she here alone then it can't be good."

He stood up with a heavy sigh walking towards his open window.
"I know this is a lot for me to ask from you Kakashi, but would you be willing to keep an eye on her and figure out what exactly it is she doing back here. It would just be until we could make better  arrangements for her that is of course."

I scratched the back of my head nervously trying to think it threw even though I knew I didn't need too. I  had already known from the start, that I wanted to be the one to watch over her and figure out what it is about her that gets to me the way she does.

"Yes, I'll take your request."

"Excellent! I expect to hear a report back from you very soon then."

I gave a silent nod "yes" before taking my leave to head back to the hospital to check in on my new assignment. Because that all she is, an assignment nothing more.
