"Hey."
"H-hi." I responded, kind of scared.
"I'll take you up to your room if you want." Ashton offered, turning off his phone, and getting up.
"Ok."
He took my suitcase and walked up the stairs.
After a turn, he led me down a hallway.
"Here you are." He said, opening up a door.
It was huge. The walls were a deep blue, while the curtains were black. The soft plush carpet was gray, and against one wall was a queen size bed. It had a black body pillow on it, with some other pillows that were the same shade as the wall.
There was a black dresser across from the bed, and a black desk in the corner. The closet door was black, too.
"Do you want help settling in?" asked Ashton, seeming eager to help.
"Oh. Um... sure?" I responded, shocked that he wanted to help.
"Luke and Michael are going to take you shopping tomorrow for some clothes, and I think some girl shit and some room decorations," he said as he opened my small suitcase, seeming kind of shocked that I didn't really have a lot of items.
"They don't have to. I'm fine now." I immediately responded, kind of defensive.
"Sweetheart, they just want you to have a lot of clothes and stuff," he explained.
"Ok." I decided to just drop the subject.
We put away my clothes in silence for a bit, the silence deafening.
"Hey, I'll leave you to shower or change clothes or something, or just relax for a bit. I think we're ordering pizza for dinner, so I would hurry down as soon as you hear the doorbell, or Michael will eat an entire box." Ashton said, strolling over to my door.
"Ok." I replied.
He left, shutting the door behind him. I got up, deciding to get a shower because the orphanage smelled like shit.
I got some leggings and a longer shirt out, along with some fuzzy socks. I grabbed my brush and headed to my bathroom, which was connected to my room.
The bathroom was large, and it was nice. It had 2 sinks on one counter, with another counter to do makeup or something. There was a walk in shower, where the water fell from the ceiling, with tons of bottles of body washes and shampoos and conditioners and lotions. The bathtub was large, as it could probably fit all 4 boys in it comfortably. It had jets around the sides and built in little seats. The toilet was in a separate mini room, which I kind of liked.
I decided to take a bath, so I could use the jets to relax my muscles because skateboarding a lot could make you sore from twisting and jumping and landing.
I started the water and decided to see what soaps I could use. I found some shampoo and conditioner that would nourish my hair and smelled like lavender. The body wash I chose moisturized my skin and smelled like flowers.
I went under the sink and found a loofa and some towels, and put them next to the tub.
I began undressing, putting the clothes in a pile on the floor so I could take them out and wash them later.
I climbed into the bathtub, hitting the button that turned on the jets.
I immediately relaxed, sighing as I poured some soap into the water to make it bubbly.
I dunked my head underwater, wetting it so I could lather some soap into it. As I worked the soap into my hair, I heard the doorbell ring.
"dammit." I sighed, realizing I wouldn't get a lot of pizza.
I rinsed to shampoo out, feeling refreshed already. I took a dot of conditioner, rubbing it into my hair from my ears down.
I let it sit as I grabbed my loofa and put some body wash on it.
I lathered the soap all over my body, sighing.
I rinsed the body wash off and rinsed out my hair, feeling how it felt silky and smooth.
I started draining the tub, turning off the Jets as I did so.
I grabbed a towel, wrapping it over my hair, and then another one, drying my body.
I put my lady stuff on, throwing on the leggings and shirt, before taking the towel down and brushing my hair.
Once I felt like it wasn't extremely wet, I opened the door, throwing my clothes in my closet where there was a basket.
I went downstairs, hoping there was still some pizza left.
I was kind of hungry.
