PROLOGUE

Katherine Parker. Whenever somebody heard the name, they would think of the snobby gorgeous brunette. The daughter of the infamous Adam Parker, a loved man in Riverdale, whose death shocked the whole town.

The girl was born in a rich family, the Parkers. They were even considered on the same social level as the Blossoms. Fiona Parker and Clifford Blossom were always considered as friends, the two were thought to have a thing going on, but those were just rumors.
However, after the death of Adam, the Blossoms distanced themselves from the leftover of the Parker family. However, the two young girls, Cheryl and Katherine, remained friends.

But Cheryl wasn't the only Blossom who was intrigued by the bubbly Parker girl. There was also Jason. When the three were still children, the red haired boy always tried to countlessly fit in with his sister and the brunette. He would do anything to make Katherine like him: give her his Halloween candy, let the girl copy his homework, or even stand up to one of the bullies she had in 5th grade. But the brunette never bothered to acknowledge Jason. To her, the redhead was simply the twin brother of her best friend, nothing more. But the boy didn't feel that way about Katherine. As they got older, he started to develop an infatuation for the young brunette. Although, if Jason would have known how it all ended, he would've wished he never met Katherine Parker...
