Hello all you lovely people!

I'm so sorry, I really didn't mean to leave you all hanging like that for so long... I'm actually not in town right now! I'm on vacation for a few weeks now, but I'll try to give you guys the next part within the next 2 weeks (hopefully I can get around to that...)

Till then, here's a little sneak peek of the next part:

Hussain carried their laundry to the room downstairs begrudgingly. He had told Shehry to get an apartment that had an ensuite laundry. But nope, Shehry had to be the one between the two who always tried to save money, thus purchasing the chaper apartment which did not include an ensuite laundry.

He turned sideways pushing the door open, having carried the basket in his hands and made his way to the machines when he saw a familiar figure.

"Saara," Hussain said with a smile on his face.

Saara sat on one of the chairs cross legged with headphones in her ears, probably across from the machine that had her clothes inside.

As Hussain approached her sitting, he happened to catch her attention from the corner of her eye and she looked up, smiling when she realized who it was.

"Hey Hussain," Saara said taking her headphones off.

"Laundry, huh," Hussain said as he approached the machine next to hers and began popping in his clothes.

"Yup, and a little bit of studying," Saara said with a shrug referring to the book in her hand.

Hussain finished putting his clothes inside and inserted the coins, letting the machine start.

"You know what's funny, I've actually never seen you around without books in your hand," Hussain said teasingly.

"And what exactly is that supposed to mean?" Saara said with a hand on her hip.

Hussain grabbed the chair next to her and turned it around, essentially sitting on it backwards.

"I'm simply making an observation," Hussain replied with a smirk.

"Well, wrong observation pal," Saara said closing the book in her hand, "because I can live without my books, okay," looking rather proud in a silly way at her accomplishment.

"Really?" Hussain challenged.

They both stared at each other for a while before they both burst out laughing together.

"You're right, my books are really too dear to me," Saara admitted.

Hussain caught his breath after the momentary burst of laughter they'd shared. Man, he loved her company. He thought back to the first time they had ever seen her. It was so random and neither of them knew that she had moved in. He wondered how it would be like if he got to know her better. He really did want to get to know her better.

"Why didn't we know each other before Saara?" Hussain asked rhetorically with a smile.

Saara flashed him a soft smile before she started to say something...
