1 | What software/apps do you use for editing?

A: On mobile, I use PicsArt (main editing), Phonto (for text), Photowonder (to extend pictures), and Pinterest (to find images). If I'm on the computer, I use Photoshop CC 2017.

2 | What are manip/manipulated covers?

A: Manipulated covers are like the opposite of simple covers. It has a lot of layers and needs more editing. (This is described in my own words so sorry if you're confused..just look at my examples to understand what I'm saying)

3 | Am I allowed to ask for a premade even if the shop is closed?

A: No, you can't. Sorry guys, but as much as I really love making graphics for you, I have a good reason whenever I close the shop. During my first year of opening Graphic Shoppe, I hadn't closed for six months straight, and I ended up making crappy graphics (It's not a matter of time, really. If I know I won't make nice graphics, I close it.) I went on a hiatus and almost deleted my account because of real life stress plus problems from Wattpad. So if any shop is closed, please, please, please undederstand.

4 | How long have you been designing?

A: About two years. I started this shop in 2016 (:

5 | Why was my request denied?

A: I had already answered this on the rules section, but people still ask that so much. If you ask me in the comments, I will most likely ignore you. If ever I deny, chances are;
♡ Your request is too hard to make (ex.: you have an idea for an incredibly specific graphic, or ask for something that I still don't know how to do)
♡ Your ideas are unclear. (Please, don't be too vague, nor too specific)
♡ You didn't follow something in the rules.
♡ The shop is closed.

What do I mean by specific graphics? Here's an example: I want a cover that has a yellow cup. The cup must have three white stripes. The background is a pink sky. There must be a shadow of a poodle in the background too. And the cup has to be placed over blue sand.

6 | Am I allowed to request a cover for my friend/someone else using my account?

A: No please, no. I had encountered someone like this last year, and I was so confused with the delivery and author's name.

7 | Am I required to use all the covers you give me?

A: Anyone who's requested a graphic from me knows that I usually give two or more graphics (excluding aesthetics) when they request. You're not required to use all of them, you can just pick one that you really like (:

8 | Can I let you judge/give your opinion about my graphic?

A: No. Over the year, some people still message me, asking if I can check their graphics and tell them what I think. I'm not allowing it, because I don't want to hurt other people's feelings if I don't like it. I say it politely of course, but I choose to keep quiet about that for now.

9 | Can you tell me the fonts you use for your graphics?

A: Ah. Another one of the most asked questions. Most of the time, I don't. I don't share the font names, because some of my best fonts took me hours to find, and it's unfair sometimes when people so easily find out about it too. I hope you guys understand, but I encourage you to search fonts on your own (:

10 | I'm a winner from The Stellar Awards and I want to get my free graphic, but ths shop is closed. Can I still get my prize?
A: Yes! If you're a winner, that's the only exception in which I'll allow you to request. But be warned that it'll only be for the said number of graphics. If you request more than the limit, then you'll have to request next time when I open (with payment already).

11 | Can I request a book cover if my story isn't published yet?
A: Yes. Just make sure that you are going to publish it. And also complete the necessay payments.
