Steve's POV:
I woke up on hearing consistent sounds that have been
nauseating my ears for ages.
I went towards the door where the sounds came from, who
is it? I said.
Steven, open the door will you? I quickly opened it curious
of who, and what's behind those sounds that woke me up.......
Young Grey, good morning… I'm George Cameron and
this is my assistant Philip Williams. We are from the security
department of Grey enterprise here in Far Hills…. And we
have been sent by Mr. Grey to make sure you get to school.
I stood there in front of them staring... God! I can't escape
like I planned today… or else I'm going to get in trouble with
two giant men that call themselves security....
fake smiling I said; can you give me an hour to freshen up?
Meanwhile you can go to the dinning, breakfast must have
been served, help yourself with some…
No Steve, I'm giving you 15 minutes because you are almost
late for school, so be down in exactly 15 minutes am I clear?
George said, looking at me sternly.... I nodded and quickly ran
to the bathroom I have fifteen minutes.
Now in front of the supposed school, thank goodness I'm
in my final year in high school because from my eyes to yours,
I think this school is gonna suck....
walking through the hallway, all eyes were on me… I know
it is not because I'm a freshman… My looks are speaking for
me yet again…
I smirked at everyone that was staring and walked ahead
like I own the school.
It's a good thing Dad gave me a tab that has directions to
everywhere in this school; so I don't have to ask other students
for directions....
Before settling for my first class, I was introduced as a new
student by the chemistry teacher Mr. Matt Clifford.
I was about to walk to an empty seat when a very bitchy girl
flipped someone else from the seat behind her and said to me;
Hey! Come sit.
Few minutes later while the lesson was going on, a girl
walked into the class…
And why are you late for my class Mr. Clifford asked her.
Sir, I excused myself earlier with your approval, she
responded politely.
Oh! I see, go and sit and don't obstruct this class again.
She quickly walked towards me and picked up her books
that were dropped on the floor and left to sit elsewhere. She )
didn't even give me a glance; everyone did that, why didn't
she??? Instead, she glared at the girl beside me and left.
What? didn't she see me? That was what was in my mind
throughout chemistry class… What's wrong with me? I don't
even know her yet and I'm affected by whether she noticed me
or not…
