I'm walking into the police station and everybody was there.
"Hey jazz." Yo said walking up to me.
"What's going on?" I asked.
"Nick getting arrested for murder." When he said that my heart dropped.
I wiped the little tear out my eye.
"Where is Nia?" I asked looking around.
"Nick mama got her. Mama said she wasn't doing shit and she wasn't getting involved she said she's only coming to visit." Yo said looking down.
"Where is nick at?" I asked sitting down and putting my head down.
"He's in custody. They said one of us could talk to him but he only want to talk to you." Yo said looking at me.
"Ight where is the room?" I asked looking at him.
He pointed to the room in the corner.
I stood up and fixed my self.
"Be strong Jasmin." I said fixing myself.
I walked in and Nick head was hung over.
He looked up and I looked at him I damn near broke down.
"Hey baby." He said looking at me.
"Hey." I said sitting in the chair across from him.
"I fucked up." He said smiling and putting his hands on the table I grabbed them.
"No, we gone work some shit out." I said looking at him.
"No we can't baby, they got tapes from inside of my office of me cutting the bitch head off." Nick said looking at me.
"How did they get that shit?" I asked looking at Nick.
"Somebody a fucking snake." Nick said looking at me and shaking his head.
"What the fuck! " I yelled looking at the table.
"I got a deal tho, my lawyer is in there with them talking right now." Nick said looking at me.
"They said I do 5 years in prison and one in jail and that jail sentence can get knocked off for good behavior." Nick said looking at me.
"So what are they talking about?" I asked looking at him.
"The arrangements." Nick said looking at me.
I started crying.
"Nia ain't gone know who her daddy is." I cried looking at him.
"You gone bring Nia up here as much as you can, imma write yall everyday... I got some money put up for y'all in case something like this ever happened... the house is yours do as you please just don't have that nigga in our room." Nick said looking at me. "I'm sorry Jazz, when I get out we getting married I don't care what you say." He said looking at me and grabbing my hand tighter.
I was crying so fuckin hard it didn't make no sense.
"You gone come for Conjugal visits?" Nick asked laughing.
I couldn't do nothing but laugh.
"Shut up." I said laughing.
"Imma take that as a yeah." He said looking at me. "Aye and make sure you put money on my books bro."
The officers walked in and so did Nick lawyer.
"Alright your time is almost up." The officer said looking at me.
"Gimme a kiss Jazz." Nick said looking at me.
I walked around and gave him a kiss and of course he turnt it into a tongue kiss and just because he going away and won't be getting none I kissed him back.
They took him out of the room.
"Aye imma call you when I can so you and Nia can come visit me." Nick said looking at me.
"Ok." I said looking at him.
"I love you Jasmin." He said as they walked along him out.
"I love you too Nick." I said crying.
The door closed and I broke down.
On the hour ride back home I had to get myself together, I need some dick, a blunt, and a drink.
But for now imma just get some dick.
David don't even know I left my job.
A couple of minutes later he had left and went to his house.
When I pulled up it was at least 5 in the after noon.
I walked in David house like it was mine.
I was looking for him and I couldn't find him so I went up stairs to his office and he was sitting at his desk.
"Is DD home?" I asked sitting my purse down.
"Naw she spending the night out, justice done kidnapped my baby." David said looking down.
I walked over behind David desk and turned his seat around and got on my knees.
