Massie laid down in Ava's bed and looked at the ceiling. How Ava had always gotten the men's attention remained a mystery to her. She hoped that being here in Ava's room would help give her some type of advantage over her. Massie stood up and walked over to Ava's closet and started going through her clothes. She heard a noise and peeked out the door, not seeing anything she turned her attention to the drawers. When she found what she had been looking for she closed the drawer shut and decided to take a trip across the hall to the room that she'd grown all to familiar with. Once she opened the door, Ava's perfume flooded her nostrils and rage came over Massie. She knew that Ava had been sleeping with Colin and the thought that she might get him scared her. Leaving the house, she locked the front door and placed the spare key back under the mat and got into her car driving away.

Ava came home around 3:00 and headed for her room. When she opened the door to her room, something felt off to her and her OCD had begun to kick in. Walking over to her closet she noticed that her rack was off a little bit. Fixing it, Ava turned her attention to her drawer, when she looked at her bed. She had slept in Colin's bed last night and had made sure that the bed was made up before going into his room, so the fact that her bed looked like it had been tampered with raised all the hairs on her neck. She was no longer worried about the dresser and rushed over to Colin's room. She went over to his closet and saw that nothing was missing. Deciding to check the drawers in his room proved to be pointless, so she went back to her room and looked at her own dresser. Opening up her top drawer where she kept her bras and panties, she noticed that over half of her undergarments were missing, including some of her sleeping pieces. Going back over to her closet, she found that a pair of her red bottoms were missing as well. When she closed the door to her room, the silk robe that Colin had brought her was also missing. Something wasn't adding up to Ava and she was glad that she wouldn't be home tonight.

Colin read Ava's text and opened the microwave and found the plate that she'd left for him. He silently thanked her and prayed over the food and dug into his dinner of steak and potatoes. After he'd washed the plate the doorbell rung and he walked over to the door to answer it, instantly regretting his decision. Massie stood on the other end of the door and smiled. He tried to shut the door but she stepped in before he could. Getting a good look at her he noticed that she was wearing the robe that he brought Ava and the shoes that she loved more than anything.

"How did you get that robe and those shoes."

"It's mine, do you like?"

"No, I brought that robe for Ava and she would NEVER let anyone borrow those shoes."

Massie rolled her eyes.

"Then you don't know Ava."

"Yea, not like I haven't know her for twenty plus years."

Colin walked up the stairs and heard footsteps behind him.

"What are you doing?"

"I know that you're sleeping with Ava," she said undoing the robe.

When it was completely open Colin knew that Massie had been in Ava's room because she was wearing her bra and panty set.

"Massie I need you to leave."

"Why if I could be her for just one night I could make you love me."

"If you could be who?"

"Ava," Massie said as if this should've been the easiest answer in the world.

Colin knew that that would never be possible. No one could get into his heart the way that Ava had so effortlessly done.
