Colin and Ava stood staring at each other. The events from earlier today had them both on edge. Ava had returned home to her mother's house to avoid any further conflict. She knew that she had been wrong but so had Colin and if he wasn't coming to apologize she had nothing to say to him.
*Seven Hours Earlier*
Ava woke up to a loud banging on the door. Groggily getting out of bed she headed downstairs to see who it was. Looking through the peephole she saw Erica and rolled her eyes before going back upstairs to lay back down. It was to early to be dealing with Erica and her annoying ass.

Michael was spotting Colin and the two started talking.
"What you getting into after this?"
"Gotta go set Dawson's ass straight."
"What he do."
"Kissed Ava," Colin responded.
Michael dropped the weight on Colin's chest and he quickly helped him pick the weight up.
"Damn nigga you tryna kill me."
"Naw man you just surprised me is all, so what you gone do to him?"
"Honestly imma just let him talk."
"Colin for real man what are you gonna do?"
"I told you."
Michael just shook his head at his friend. Love could make people do some of the craziest things.

Ava rolled her eyes as Erica sat on the couch.
"Was you ever gone open the damn door, shit."
"Why are you even here?"
"To see my best friend."
Ava walked up the stairs and went to her closet to pick out an outfit.
"I really don't understand what he sees in you. You ain't even cute ya ugly ass bitch."
Ava laughed at her before turning around to address her.
"I'm sorry but it seems like you're mad because he smashed you the first night y'all met and he never really took you seriously after that, but it's ok that you're a hater."
Erica didn't have a comeback and walked out the room.
Silly hoes, she thought.

Dawson looked at Colin and nearly pissed his pants. He knew that Ava would tell Colin, which is why he had regretted kissing her afterwards. But he knew he would have to get inside of Colin's head.
"Colin what's going on?"
"What the hell was last night about?"
"Are you sure that you wanna jump right in to this topic?"
"Why not?"
"If you're sure that's what you wanna do, yea I kissed her but she didn't stop me right away."
"Like I'm really supposed to believe you."
"I'm not asking you too, that kiss was a gift."
"A gift for what."
Dawson smiled a little.
"I was the one who stopped Ava from being attacked by Allen."
Colin's whole facial expression changed.
