TARGET LOCKED! : Chapter 2
SAM's POV
"Where's Alex?" Pagtatanong ko kay Clover na nanonood ng tv. Tsh. Bananas and Pajamas. Such a kiddo.
"Uy, gising na si sleepy head! Yipee! Nandun siya sa gym. Why?"
"Wala." Sleepy head? Yeah, that's me. I always stick with my bed, my bestfriend.
Sabi ko kay Alex sabay kami maggigym ngayon. Ayun iniwan ako :( Kasalan ko bang ayaw akong pakawalan ng kama ko? Or caps lock IMPATIENT lang si Alex? Tsh.
Tumaba kasi ako. Mga 3 kilograms. I'm a health conscious person. Kailangan ko ng iburn ang cholesterol lalo na't panay ang kain ko ng junkfoods. Masarap nga ang bawal. *sigh
So heto, I did my everyday ritual. Take a bath. Change clothes. Do some girl's things.
"Clover, sunod ako kay Lex sa gym. You not coming?" Sabi ko kay Clover ng bumaba na ako ng stairs nasa sala kasi siya.
"Uh-oh. Nooope. My next episode pa ng B1 and B2." Sagot niya. -______-
"K. Fine." Pumunta na ako sa garage.
Hmmm... Anong magandang kotseng dalhin? By the way, Jerry provided us things we need and he's the kind of guy who is thoughtful. The three of us, Clover, Alex, and I, are very grateful towards him. His our dad though not biologically.
So, I decided to drive the latest car we have. The Limited Edition Red Ferrari.
With the shades on, I start the engine and drove off.
By the way, I'm Sam. Shanelle Alice Meeryons. I never met my real parents. I never heard about them. I dislike also to hear stories about them especially when it's about them abandoning me. It sucks. My ears cant take it. My heart also.
My grandma took care of me. She treat me so well. I was like a princess. I WAS until she passed away due to a fatal disease that doctors cant cure. And then, my life started back to square one.
Describe me? Physically? Nah, I'm not that kind of beauty. Just..just look at the photo on the right side. Go CRITICIZE it all you want. I dont even care. Tsh
BITTER. I love that adjective. BEST to decribe me though. I'm bitter lalong-lano na pagdating sa mga lalaki but exclude dad, Jerry. I'm like this 'cause I lost my trust towards them. I hate them. I CURSE them. You'll know why SOON.
Hindi ko nakayanan ang bills. Tuition fees and the rest. So I decided to get a job at the young tender age of 11.
There, Jerry found me. Sheltered me with two other kids whom I later considered as my siblings.
I'm a spy, a secret one, and that's a fact. Our aim is to protect people in harm nor in danger. We dont let go of bad guys so easily. They must undergoe our punches, kicks, and guns (if needed).
*Sigh* I'm here in the gym already. So fast. I drive at the speed of 90 kms/hour. That's driving for me.
"There." I talked to myself as I found Alex inside the gym.
"Sleepy head your alive!" He said to me as he saw me.
"Whatevs." I replied.
So we did the gym's things, excercise of course.
After some time, we're through. Exhausted but it's okay.
"Sam, di ko dala kotse ko." Sabi niya ng nakalabas na kami mula sa gym.
"Ikaw drive." I know waht he meant. Manghihits siya.
I gave the keys to him and we're on the road already.
*baba baba banana *baba baba banana
Urghh, I hate that CUTE ringtone. It makes me sing. Clover calling....
"What?"
"PASALUBONGGGGGG!!!" Nabasag ata eardrums ko, te!
"What do you like?"
"Krispy Kreme :) Thanks!" And she hang up. Goodgirl though.
"Krispy Kreme daw sabi ni Clover." Sabi ko kay Alex.
Niliko niya ang kotse at pumunta sa store ng Krispy Kreme. Krispy Kreme is one of my weakness aside from Ice cream. Haha. Masarap, eh! Try niyo! Ako na ang endorser ^_______^
"2 dozens, ate. Random flavors." Sabi ko sa tindera.
Habang nakatunganga sa table, I cornerd my eye at the road. And suddenly, my magarang kotse na dumaan. Edi, tiningnan ko yung driver kung GWAPO ba. Haha. Ako na ang malandi! -___-
As I gaze at the driver, top down kasi yung kotse. He look so familiar. Aduh! He's familiar 'cause he's....
"That'...That's Ash..." Nauutal kong sabi.
"Ahh..yung ekssh mow?" Tanong ni Alex habang punong-puno ang bibig niya ng donut.
"Bat nandito na siya? Akala ko ba tinapon na siya ni Jerry sa Pirate's Den. Ang Pirate's Den ay kung saan namin TINATAPON ang mga bad guys na di kaya ng mga NBI, SWAT, PULIS na ikulong sa kanilang mga stations. It's an Island to be exact. Haunted. Scary.
Si Ash, siya ay isa ring secret agent na katulad namin. Kinupkop din siya ni Jerry pero nagrebelde siya at sumama sa masasamang spies. Pumapatay siya ng mga inosenteng tao, bata o matanda, wala siyang pinipili.
Mabait yan nung UNA. Kaya nga ako nahulog sa kanya.
He's my EX. My DAMN Ex. My DEMONIC Ex.
Siya ang target namin pati ang mga kapwa niyang kasama.
