Mirae was dreading school. She knew that Yuta's friends were very extreme and she was quite afraid of what they would do. But of course she couldn't skip school.
As she entered the school, she took a deep breath preparing for the worst. 'It's ok Mirae. I'm sure they won't do anything stupid.' How wrong she was.
Waiting at the gates was Ten and Johnny who began screaming, "Yuta's in school, you can catch up with him if you run!"
Her heart dropped. Everyone at the gates was staring at her. My face became red and her mind was overheating. How could they do this to her. She quickly sped into school, only to encounter two people she'd hoped that she'd never have to run into.
Bang Jaerin and Lee Cheryl.
Everyone knew that Lee Cheryl and Yuta were a "thing". Their chemistry was undeniable, so clearly them approaching her had something to do with what Ten and Johnny did.
"Hey, uh Mira right?" Jaerin started with a smile on her face. If Mirae was oblivious, she totally would have believed that the two girls came to be friendly, thankfully she had some sense.
"It's Mirae-"
"-Yeah ok. So, Cheryl and I just happened to notice what happened out there. I mean, I'm not one to jump to conclusions but if I might say, I believe you have a crush on Yuta" Jaerin smiled again, yet her tone was sharp.
"I mean, that's fine. I'm just asking for a friend" She kept her strong gaze on her.
Mirae was about to respond but was cut off once again.
"Yeah, I mean, it's not like Yuta's taken! We're just close friends. Really close. But we're supporting you haha. Don't get too jealous of our friendship though, there's not much happening, I just like investigating boys." Cheryl finally spoke up.
"Of course, I mean, I would watch it if I were you though. There are some people that will try and break you if they find out you want to get closer to Yuta. But that's just a warning! Bye now~ Lessons are almost starting" Jaerin ended with a slight smirk. They walked away with a slight wave.
Jaerin and Cheryl are known for their close relationships with Yuta and his friends, however, they are known to be "hostile", and if Mirae didn't know any better, she'd have thought that they were threatening her. Of course, because they're so close, the boys don't seem to notice this "hostility" to others, which put them at an advantage.
She took a deep sigh. Ten and Johnny will face her wrath later on.
