The plane shakes as Kathrine Pierce clutches the seat. She wasn't really scared just faked it. "You too huh." She looked at the little boy across the row from her. He uncovered his eyes. "I hate planes. " He said. "Are your parents here?"She asked the boy. "Uncle Jason is taking me back to them. "He said. "Are you scared?" The boy asks her changing the subject. "Scared to what." She asks unbuckling her seatbelt. "To die." He asks her as she stands up and takes an empty seat besides him. "Never. To die, its like asking me am I ready to turn over a new leaf or have another life." she said as he grabbed her hand after some shakey turbulance. "But i thought you die and you stay dead." He says as he raises his 6 year old eyebrows. "When people die think of it as, going away for a while and eventually you will see them again when the time is right." She says. He smiles. The plane gets a bit more shakey and he clutches her hand tighter. "What's your name?" Katherine asks the boy. "Toby." He responds. "Well Toby, Im Kat. Only you can call me Kat though." Kathrine says as Toby giggles. "Like a kitty Cat." He says. "How old are you?" Kathrine asks. "Six." He holds up six fingers as the seat belt sign turns on. "Well Toby I have to go sit down now but the plane ride will be over soon okay. " Katrine says standing up and making her way over to her seat. She sits down and a man comes up to Toby. "Hey bud, you okay?" He asks him sitting down. When the ride ended, Kathrine followed the man with Toby at the airport. "Hey excuse me." She caught his attention. "Hi um yes. So you're the guy who left his six year old nephew with strangers all alone on a plane and who so happens to be terrified of planes. " She said. "Look im sorry, something had came up and I told Toby id be back in five minutes but it took longer than expected. " Be said. "Jason Todd." He offered her a hand. "Kathrine Pierce." She said taking his hand. "Kat!" Toby took his eyes off the phone his uncle let him use. "Hey Toby." She said giving him a hug. "You're Kat?" Jason asked looking at her with amusement. "Wow um sorry and thank you for keeping my nephew company. " He says adding, "well how can I repay you?" He asks. "Its fine. " Kathrine said sighing. "I gotta go kid. But ill see you again sometimes. He gasps. "You're dying?" Toby asks. "No no no." Kathrine says with a giggle. "Okay." they hugged and said their good byes.
