After we arrive back at the institute I go straight to my room. A few minutes later their was a knock at the door.

"Come in," I say hoping it is not Jace. When Izzy walks in the door I walk to my dresser putting clothes away.

"Clary can we talk?" Izzy ask knowing that I am still mad.

"What do you want to talk about? The fact the not only did Jace cheat on me but that is was with my best friend, or so I thought," I said really annoyed that she was still in here.

"I'm sorry Clary. I never meant for it to happen it just did." That made me even madder then I already was.

"How long as this been going on?" I ask probably not respect wanting to know the answer.

"Two days after you two got back together, I'm so so sorry Clary." Izzy tried to say but I was already walking down the hall to Alec's room not bothering with knocking.

When I walk in I close the door locking it with my rune and when I turned around I see a shirtless Alec. My eyes travel his chest and abs then I look back at his eyes I see lust.

"Alec, Izzy told me how long that was going on." I tell him.

"How long?" Alec asked coming closer.

"Two days after we got together." Alec looked like he wanted to say something but I cut him off before he could, "I am done with him. I realize that their was only one person in this world for me and it may have taken me a long time to realize that. Your the one I want to spend every moment of every day with.

Once those words came out Alec had his lips to mine. His lips feel so great against mine and I know this is all I want for the rest of my life. "I love you Alec," I said taking a breath.

"I love you to Clary," Alec said.

Time Lapse

"Valentine is on the loose as he just recently kidnapped and tortured Jonathon Morgenstern in the basement of a house that Valentine create in its own dimension. The Clave as placed people inside the house with the knowledge that Valentine may return. Jonathon and Clary you will go to the house and inform everyone what to look for and what rooms are where Valentine spends the most in." Maryse Lightwood, Alec's mother instructed.

"You still have that ring?" Jonathon asked.

"Yeah its in my room lets go," I reply.

We walked into my room and Alec came in. "Please be careful just incase he is their." Alec said.

"I will," I said looking into his beautiful eyes. I leaned up to kiss him then teleported Jonathon and I to the house.

"Well where do we start?" I asked.

Time Lapse

"Umm what smells good?" I ask walking into the kitchen with Jonathon.

"I cooked dinner," Alec explains.

"Only you right?" I ask trying not to laugh looking at Izzy. When she sees I am joking a small but kind smile crosses her face and I realized I haven't been very kind. "I'm sorry for the way I have been acting. It just hurt."

"No Clary. I'm sorry, your my best friend and I let you down. I should never have slept with Jace knowing the two of you were together." Izzy said trying to make me feel better.

"Lets just move on okay?" I ask.

"Okay!" Izzy exclaims.

"So Clary-" Jace starts but was cut off.

"Clary nothing I may have somewhat forgave Izzy but you no. You were the one in a relationship! You were the one who should have been nicer and maybe just maybe I would have but no because you kept pushing and pushing! You made me tie Alec to a chair, you pushed me onto the bed, you raped me in front of Alec and for what to finally force me to do something I never want to do with you!" I yelled wing out the room but not before hearing.

"By the Angel Jace what the hell is wrong with you! Even I knew when she first meet you she loved you but you forcing her didn't help did it?" Jonathon yelled.

I didn't stock around to hear anymore. I went straight to my room and locked it. I lay on my bed wanting Alec to be with me.

"Clary can I come in?" Alec asked.

I ran to the door and opened it wide pulling Alec in. "Let's get out of here for a few days. Away from all the craziness shall we?" he asked.

"We shall!" I exclaimed happy to go somewhere else with Alec.

I started packing my bag and went to Alec's room to see if he was finished. I walked in when he was finishing a phone call. "Who was that?" I asked.

"I just booked us a nice hotel and a flight," he said.

I looked at him confused, "A flight?"

"Yep," he said, "we are going to Paris!"

"What!" I said. Was he being serious? Was this even real?

"Yes I'm serious," Alec said. I kissed him then we took off the his car after telling his parents, my mom, Luke, Izzy, and Jonathon know where we were going. When we got to the airport Alec grabbed my hand and lead me to our seats in first class.

"I still can't believe we are going to Paris!" I exclaimed. I rested my head on Alec's shoulder and fell asleep the whole flight.

"Clary wake up we are landing," he said.

My head shot up when he said we are landing and when I looked out the window I could see the Eiffel Tower. I looked over at Alec who was laughing. "Why you laughing?"

"Because you look my excited to see Paris then you are to be here with me."

"Oh Alec I'm excited about both!" I exclaimed.
