Of course Mr.Ambrose paid for a carriage without a top. The ride was rickity but I'd delt with it before, so I'll deal with it again.

We arrived at the docks and I almost jumped with excitement of going over seas. Note my sacasm.

The last time I was on a ship, it ended with my employer to go overboard, and I long search to find him. Not exactly happy memories.

"Mr.Linton! Grab my luggage and follow me onto King Edwards ship."

"King? This ship belongs to a King?" I asked jumping on my toes.

"Of course not! But the bloke who named it thinks he's one." Although his face stayed cold, I heard the annoyence in his voice.

"Get a move on it will you?" Mr.Ambrose said raising his voice and to add affect to his anger, he hit his cane on the wood dock.

"Sorry sir! Right away Sir!"

I quickly grabbed the "luggage" from the carriage. It was really just two scrolls.

Seeing that Mr.Ambrose had his back turned, I hurriedly unwrapped one of the scrolls and let out a gasp.

It was a map! I wasn't quite sure if it was a treasure map but it was a map of Australia! Wow! I've always wanted to go to Australia.

Why? Because it's another place to seduce Rikkard? Oh you sneaky girl!

The voice said in my head.

Suddenly the scrolls were grabbed out of hands, before I could read more. I turned around to come face to face with a very angry Karim.

"What do you think your doing? These are his Lordships papers!" He yelled at me.

"Well aren't I the Lordship's secretary?" I seethed through my teeth.

"That doesn't mean you can look at his stuff!" Karim said raising his voice till it reached a very high note.

"You don't know the type of stuff I've seen of Mr.Ambrose!" I yelled back.

Karim face then got very red.

"What is going on? You're really starting to get on my nerves Mr.Linton!" I turned around yet again to another angry face.

I saw his finger twitch and a smile appeared on my face.

"I'm sorry sir, I did not mean to. I mean, Karim is the one with the papers, is he not?" My smile widened. Ah! Satifaction feels great!

Oh you! Your suck a fantastic liar Lilly! Well done! Well done indeed.

I gave myself and imaginary pat on the back.

Mr.Ambrose turned to give Karim a hard glare at Karim.

"But Sahib! She's the one! I would do not suck thing as look at these!" Karim said. I saw the worry in his eyes.

I felt something in my core.

Guilt?

No.

Victory.

"Sahib! Your the one who told her to get them not me. Unlike her, I have respect for you!" For a second I thought Karim was going to get on his knees from the way his legs were shaking.

Mr.Ambrose then turned to me, giving me a harder glare than the one he gave Karim.

I glanced at Karim to see him smiling.

My mouth gaped open, surprised that Karim has saved himself.

"Mr.Linton? Why would you disobey my order?" Mr.Ambrose said, finger twitching not once, but twice!

"I did not disobey! You said to garb your luggage, you never said anything about me not looking at your luggage." I said sweetly.

I will not lose to Karim. Never!

By adding more affect to my words, I grazed my fingers up and down the arm of my handsome employer.

Mr.Ambrose froze at my movement, but recovered quickly.

"We've waisted enough time already! Let's just go!" He quicky turned around and walked to the ship.

I smiled sweetly at Karim and made my way to Mr.Ambrose's figure.
