Should I? or shouldn't I?

Nicola’s P.O.V

“Come on Kate you have to text him!” I say using my best dramatic voice.

“No, I’ll seem desperate! I have to wait at least a day.” She’s says giving me one of her best glares.

“You promised him Kate! You don’t want to disappoint Niall Horan do you?” I say, hoping that it would work. We’d been staring at the small piece of paper for about an hour now, fighting over when we should text him.

“Nicola. Stop making things hard!” she groans, still holding the ice pack to her nose, it would be quite a hilarious photo… Then I got a beyond brilliant idea!

“I am not making anything hard, you are. I’ve got an idea, I’ll take a picture of you in your current state, because it is quite funny, think of a cute comment to go with the picture and then send it to Niall! He’ll think it’s hilarious.” I say amazed at my own brilliance.

“Okay, whatever! Don’t be disappointed when me doesn’t reply!” Kate says giving in.

“Yes I knew you’d cave!” I laugh jumping up and grabbing her iPhone 4S that was on the bench, quickly take the photo and immediately start writing the text.

Kate: Hey Niall :) it’s Kate, if u hadn’t already guessed by the pic lol ^                                                                                          

Thought I’d better keep my promise and you’ll be pleased to know that it feels much better now that I have iced it! X :)

Item sent! Within seconds the reply came through. I gave Kate an I told you so look and she just rolled her eyes at me.

<3 Niall: Hey Kate :) Girl of her word, I like.! Haha lovely pic by the way ;) I actually am pleased to hear that ur nose feels better.! Guessing it doesn’t feel like ur nose has been pushed into ur brain anymore does it.? Haha x

OMG! Can he get any more gorgeous? I look over to Kate and she seems to be thinking the same thing as me. I tap on the message to reply and look at Kate.

“What should we reply?” I ask.

“OMG! I don’t know? Something cute? You think of it, you’re like the queen of cute.” She says panicking a bit.

I think for a second then start typing.

Kate: Always ;) I know right! Can’t get much more babe then me with a swollen nose and an ice pack.! Haha and no not anymore, the pain has eased down to what feels like a Jersey Shore party in my head ;) it’s fantastic :P x

I then quickly glance back at Kate to make sure she approves, which she does so I send it.

<3 Niall: u got that right.! Swollen nose ftw.! U look great even with a swollen nose :P haha well that’s a little better right.? I think u need to get to bed.! X

Awww isn’t he a sweety! I turned to Kate to see her turning bright red.

“Hey Kate, what’s the colour red?” I ask

“What?” she asks back 

“Your face!” I laugh. It was just too good to resist.

“Haha you’re a real funny one.” She says sarcastically.

I turn back to the phone to reply.

Kate: U are such a liar.! Haha and yes I probably should hit the hay.! Good night.! X
