Chapter 2: What the hell is going on?

Riley McDonough's POV

"Dude we need to write more songs" Connor said

"I know! I know! I'm still looking for an inspiration" I said

"Well you better get inspired fast, we're gonna go on tour soon" He replied

"Okay okay, I'll work on it" I said

"Let's take a break, I'm getting all worn out" Toby suggested

We all agreed and went to the nearest Starbucks which is across the street. While walking down the lobby we watched a little television..

"Bank on street 342 Ventura Avenue has been robbed. Police officers are now working their way to figure out who the robbers were." The television announced

"Hey isn't that the bank right from the corner?" Toby asked

"Yeah.. I think it is.." Connor answered

"Let's interview one of the witness of the crime.. What type of thief did you see Ma'm? Are they a gang? are they wearing disguise?" the reporter asked

"No they weren't a gang, there were only two people I think its a teenage girl and a man in he's 40's according to his body structure and they were also wearing black mask so we couldn't really see their faces" The woman answered

"We need to go now! James is going to get mad if we don't get his latte right now" I said

We went across and got in starbucks but before we even ordered, a girl has announced a robbery. Oh great..

She told us to give her all our money and phones so everyone of us did. She even ordered a frappe and a coffee wow nice one thief.

The police arrived a little late but at least they did.

"PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR!" the police shouted

I think she may also be the girl who robbed the bank as the lady said on the news.

I was looking at her and she looked back at me and before I even realize whats happening...

I was a hostage..

This day just keeps on getting worse

I went to starbucks to get coffee and now I'm gonna die.. I haven't even gotten my coffee!

She asked the police to drop their weapons and I prayed that they will. I'm too young to die!

Thankfully they did but I'm still in her grip, she dragged me to the back and pushed me in her van. Before she got in, the police tried to shoot her but she shoot them back and I think she hit one of them..

She grabbed my hands and tied both my wrist together.

"Why did you take me with you!?" I panicked

"So they won't shoot us!" She said

"Let me out now!" I demanded

"No and be quiet before I get annoyed and kill you" She said

Ok this is the first time a girl has scared me oh no wait my mom has scared me a couple of times too but this is different she might kill me.

"I asked for a coffee and you brought me a boy?!" The man said

"If it wasn't for this boy we'd be arrested by now" She answered

The police was chasing us and damn I must admit, this man's a great criminal, 4 police cars we're following us now theres only 2 left but I'm still hoping they could save me.

Well apparently they didn't, this man's a hella sick driver.

"Did we lose them?" He asked

"Yeah I think so" The girl said

I kept on quiet cause if I talk too much they might get mad and kill me.

"Let's head to our hiding spot" He said

"Alright" the girl answered

She removed her black clothe mask from her face revealing her brunette hair and her face.

This might sound really weird but this girl is actually attractive.

She noticed me starring at her and

"Tell the police my face and I'll hunt you down" She warned

"You guys got away from the police why aren't you letting me go yet? You said you kept me so they wouldn't shoot you and they're gone so let me out!" I asked

"Its not just like that pretty boy, you see if we let you go you're gonna tell on us so we're still keeping you" She answered

"You do realize this is kidnapping?" I asked

"Only if you're a kid" She answered

"Then what are you going to do with me?" I asked

"We're gonna have a little fun" She smirked
