SHEO ON THE SIDE[TOTALLY NOT RELATED WITH THIS BOOK BUT PERFECTION]

LITTLE THINGS EMPTY ARENA ON THE SIDE[LISTEN TO IT]

~'~'~

“How are you doing London?” Harry yelled in his microphone, feeling the intensity of the hyperactivity of the crowd radiate in his body. The crowd screamed even louder—if that was even possible.

“Good evening O2!” Liam greeted happily. The crinkles in his eyes were noticeable as he genuinely smiled at the crowd. It’s his dream, what more could he ask for?

“We’re gonna slow down a little bit with this next song,” Zayn started, sitting comfortably on one of the stairs.

“We want you to stop taping the whole thing. Put down all your cameras. Put on the flashlight of your phones or anything that can be a source of light. Please do not scream or anything. Let us just savour this moment,” Louis suggested, feeling as if this was the first time he heard the song and fell in love with it.

Somehow, they all wanted that feeling back whenever they sing a song. They wanted to remember how it was to feel a song, not just merely singing the words you’re supposed to.  They didn’t have to tell me what they wanted to feel; it was obvious whenever I was working with them. It was with how Liam would constantly reprimand Louis, and how they would smile at the crowd—even if there was really no crowd—every time the intro would start playing. They were tired, it wasn’t that hard to tell; but no matter how tired they were and how controlled they were now, they still managed to find the good in the bad and the best thing in the worst situation. This was exactly what I admired about them: their passion and stupidity at times.

The intro of a very familiar song played and it still gave me the chills. No matter how many times I had heard this song, it will always give me these heartfelt chills because this song saved me. When everything in my life was going in all the wrong places, this song always managed to make me feel better the same way Jane did. I miss Jane and I wasn’t going to deny that. Jane was this big puzzle piece that completed my life and helped me fix myself. I don’t have any romantic feelings for Jane; it was what you feel with your family.

What made this song my favourite? It wasn’t just with how Zayn sang his part flawlessly; how Liam smiled, making the crinkles by his eyes visible; how Zayn and Liam’s voices blended well together; how sincere Louis looked whenever he sang his part like if he messed up, it would affect a big portion of his life; how Harry would change the word ‘but’ with an ‘and’, like he knew exactly what a girl would love to hear; how Harry and Niall’s voice blended perfectly together; how Niall feared that he would mess up his solo because he knew that it was exactly what a girl wants to hear and he doesn’t want to mess it up; how Harry’s raspy voice sounded perfect; and how all of their voices blended together yet you could still distinguish whose voice was. It was well what made the song perfect but that was just a part of it. It was with how they sang it perfectly live and recorded. It was with how sincere they looked right now, and how each girl in the arena was crying because this was the band that they fell in love with. It also made me tear a little because I knew that this entire scene right now was sincere and it wasn’t planned nor rehearsed. They sang their hearts out and it made every girl happy and crying. I knew that they were proud of themselves. It wasn’t big with what they’ve accomplished but it was definitely heart-warming, and that was what all matters.

“You’re all getting a bit teary,” Niall sniffed. He had a cold and it was a good thing that it never affected his voice or the way he sings.

“I’d have to agree with Niall,” Liam bubbled, enjoying the sight in front of him with a sincere smile.
