So I re-edited the first three chapters. I did this because I realized the way I was writing was not the way everyone really wanted to read it. So I switched it up since I think I wasn't writing the right way. ~As always I'll be lingering~
-------------------------------------------------------
It had been three days of normal life going by it was now the Saturday before the all week festival. Emily and Jarith had seen each other every morning they say a few words here and there. They start to break the ice getting to know each other whenever they see each other in the morning and at night when Jarith gets off of work. They do have small spats about some stuff now and then. They most definitely have some major differences in what they like. But as Jarith goes to his mail box in the morning on Saturday he thinks of something. Emily is getting her paper and rent papers, Jarith also gets both his paper and rent papers. "Morning Emily," he said as he gleamed brightly. "Good morning Jarith," she smiled a small blush on her face. "So I have to talk to you about something tonight meet me here at 9:30 tonight please," he said his heart jumped in his chest he then hugged her quickly and dashed out the door before she could say anything. She stood there blushing wildly as she felt different when he hugged her she then went on a walk. A ear to ear smile on her face as she sort of skipped to the park.
-Time Skip 1 hour-
Jarith sit at his desk typing up paperwork as he thought about Emily. He couldn't wait to ask her tonight. He hoped he didn't freeze up. As he finished the paperwork his boss came up to his desk. "Well Jarith I've been noticing you've been going above and beyond the margins I gave you," Steve said. "Yes sir I strive to do my best," he said back. "Well you've been doing so well that I've decided to make you a manager of one of our other buildings," he said. "Really sir a manager?" Jarith said. Steve nodded and he pat Jarith on the back. "Thank you sir," he shook his boss's hand. "You start the week after the festival," he said smiling. "Yes sir," he handed his paperwork in. Emily sat on the bench in the park and she ogled the picture she drew of Jarith sleeping. She started to add precise detail to the picture smiling brightly. She drew little hearts feeling butterflies in her stomach. She wondered what he was gonna ask her.
-Time Skip to 9:30 that night-
Jarith walked in the door of the apartment complex and was surprised to be hugged tightly around his stomach. Her head was on his chest as she meant to do that purposely. She looked up at him. "What were you going to ask me?" she purred. "You know that festival going on all next week?" he asked. She nodded she was actually planning on going herself she hadn't had anyone to go with. "Well I was wondering if you'd like to go with me to the festival?" he looked her in the eyes as he said this. She looked back into his eyes blushing deeply and she nodded. Barely managed to say,"Yes." He hugged her tightly picking her up and spinning her around holding her close taking her all in. She was so happy she started to cry. They had went back to Jarith's apartment and talk about it all and did some research on what was going to be happening at the festival each day. They agreed to meet each other tomorrow morning on Sunday and go shopping for a kimono for the last day of the festival. They gave each other a hug and Emily went to her apartment then they both went to sleep.
