It was Soba's "birthday", she never actually has a real proper birthday due to the fact that she is as old as time itself but Soba and Genji had decided that the day she got her human form will be her birthday.Soba let out a sigh as she laid under her favourite tree just content where she was. She had a book beside her but she had stopped reading it a while ago. The book was about mythical creatures and surprisingly Soba found them interesting due to the fact that she herself was technically one of them; a dragon.
She closed her eyes, just enjoying the quiet breeze that whispered incoherent words to the souls in the winds presence. She sighed softly, her green eyes slowly opening when she saw a shadowy figure while she had her eyes closed. "Hello" she greeted softly, not moving from her position.
Soba knew that Genji probably spread around that it was his daughter's "birthday" but to be honest, Soba didn't really care. It was just a celebration of aging to her but it was nice when people would say "Happy Birthday" to her as she walked down the halls or into many of the rooms in the base.
