Kinuha ng valet ang susi ng aking sasakyan, before walking to the carpeted floor, I fixed myself and let my stoic face remain.

As I was walking, sinalubong ako ng mga paparazzi at reporters. I was not that rude to shoo them away so I decided to answer some of their questions.

"Good evening Mr. Dacuno, what does it feels like closing a big deal with your friends." tanong ng isa

"Im really happy to work with my friends, I know theyre the best when it comes to their field, so I'm positive that this deal would be a huge success." I answered

"Do you have a date?" tanong pa ng isa

"No I don't. As you can see, I have no one with me." I answered

"Sir, mararaming chismis ang nagsasabing you are gay, since the public doesnt seem to catch you with a lady. Is it true?"tanong ng isang bading

I clenched my teeth. Damn, ako bading? I cleared my throat before answering the stupid question.

"I'm not gay or bisexual. Im a man, and being a man does not need to be proved by having tons of girls with me all the time. As a business man, I am busy with a lot of stuff,

and I dont like wasting my time." sagot ko sa kanila

"Kamusta na po ang Real Estate business niyo?" tanong ng isang reporter ng mapansin ang awkward tension na nasa amin.

"So far so good, may upcoming projects kami ngayong taon. I am sure that there would be new malls and hotels all around the Phillipines." sabi ko at tumango sa kanilang lahat

Many were still asking me questions pero itinaas ko ang kamay para sana sabihin na "I wont entertain your questions anymore." But they were annoying as fuck. Nagsimula akong maglakad

"Sir! What about Ms. Georgina Earnhart?! It's been almost 7 years, next month na ang September. What can you say about that sir?!"

My back was facing the reporters, and I wasn't planning to face them. Nanatili akong nakatalikod, but I managed to answer the guy's question.

"I still love her." I whispered to the air but it seems like narinig pa rin nila ito. All the reporters were silent. Even their cameras are.

Huminga ako ng malalim at muling nagsalita.

"If you would excuse me, I still have a party to attend."I said and started making my way to the venue.

The guards assisted me since the media was still not tamed by my answers.

I guess old habits die hard. They can never be serious, only in battles.

Everyone was there... except G.

"Hey man."bati ni Yuan sa akin ng ako ay makaupo na

"Sup bro." sabi naman ni Eduard, sa tingin ko ay kaya lang siya nandito dahil may mission siya dito.

Well, technically, he is still a business man. But he focuses more on his job.

"How are you?" ani ni Hayram

"Im good man." I answered

"What took you so long?" tanong sa akin ni Marc
