Alone

I woke up, I looked next to me, and Mitsuki was gone. 

"Mitsuki?" I said thinking maybe he was in the closet. there was no response. 

"Is he gone?" Hima asked me through the door. 

"Yeah, and he's not in the clo-wait what are you doing by my door?" I said to Hima. 

"I was walking by and I heard you say his name," Hima said to me. 

"Ah I see, anyways yeah he's missing, I don't know where he is," I said changing into my clothes. 

"Tell mom I'm not going to breakfast, I'm gonna go see if he went to his quiet spot," I said to Hima jumping out the window. 

"Bye big bro," I heard Hima say to me in the distance. 

"where are you?" I said to myself as I got to the woods. I turned the corner and got to a clearing, where I found a rock with a note attached to it. 

"What is this?" I asked myself as I picked up the note. 

We have Mitsuki, and if you want him back you're going to need to find us, That shouldn't be too hard with that eye of yours, but even so we shall give you one hint. Think about the first place you and Mitsuki met. 

I threw the note onto the ground and cursed. 

"Where did Mitsuki and I first meet?" I said to myself. I couldn't remember, suddenly I felt someone tapping me on the shoulder. 

"um...Mister are you alright?" I turned around to see a little kid, probably a little older than Hima, he was weird looking, he had horns and a weird scar on his forehead that seemed to fold inwards on something.  

"Um, yes, I'm fine, who are you?" I asked the little kid smiling at him. 

"M-my name is Jinju, and I'm kinda lost, but you seem distressed," the kid said putting his hand on my shoulder. 

"Um, yeah I am, my boyfriend has gone missing, and now that I've seen this note, I think he's been kidnapped," I said to Jinju. 

"Do you need help finding him?" I can be quite helpful," He said smiling at me and looking at the note. 

"Umm, didn't you say that you were lost?" I asked Jinju. 

"Yes, but there's no way I'm ever going to make it back home, so while I'm here I might as well help you out with your problem," Jinju said to me sitting on my lap and smiling. 

"Yeah, I guess you have a point, I'd invite you to stay with me but I'm pretty sure my mom would kill me if I invited someone else to live with us," I said to Jinju apologetically. 

"It's quite alright, I have my own house I've made out here, I can survive for a couple hundred years in it also, which should give me some time to make myself a more permanent house," Jinju said to me.

"Wait how old are you?" I asked Jinju. 

"Oh, well on my planet I am a year old, but on this planet, I would be, I think about 120 years old? I'm not sure, but on my planet, I'm treated like a seven-year-old on this planet, so just think of me as seven years old," Jinju said. 

"What?" I said to Jinju super confused. 

"Don't worry about it," Jinju said. 

"So how old are you?" I asked him. 

"I'm seven," Jinju responded giggling. 

"Oh, why didn't you just say that before," I said to Jinju. 

"I'm not sure, I should've said that from the beginning," He said back to me. 

"I like you, you're awesome, I'll try to find a way to have you stay with us, maybe I can get my own place, or maybe Mitsuki has one," I said out loud.
