Chapter 12

(Read till the end I have an announcement!!!)

Destiny's pov:

I was in my black sweatpants and a grey v-neck with my hair in a messy bun and I was completing a writing assignment for school. I hear a knock on the door thinking it's Blaine so I yell come in but to my surprise it's Jake.

"Hey green eyes" Jake smiles at me as he closes the door behind him and puts his hands in his pockets.

"They're actually hazel" I roll my eyes at him continuing to work on my paper.

"Well aren't you wondering why I'm here?" He asks as he steps closer.

"No I'm wondering who let you into my room but that's also a good question." I say now looking up at him motioning him to come sit on the edge of my bed which he does.

"Destiny I need help and right now you're the only one I can really talk to." He says a bit more shyly.

"Aw how sweet, well my ears are open so go for it." I tell him as he deeply sighs.

" Ok.. So.... Um....." Jake stutters.

"come on Jake get to the point I don't have all day." I say half being sarcastic and half meaning it.

"Well I don't know if Marley still likes me and is into me. We don't talk much and we are total opposites." He says.

"Well why are you staying with her?" I ask confused.

"Because I like another girl but I know she doesn't like me back." He says in a lower voice.

"Well why don't you ask that girl face to face. I mean you don't really know until you know." I say

"It's not that easy." He says looking up with his chocolaty brown eyes.

"Well it is when you're Jake Puckerman. Just put on that charm of yours and you could get any girl!" I say nudging his shoulder smiling causing him to smile back at me.

"Do you really think that would work?" He asks still smiling.

"Okay I guess I could try." Jake says. I'm right about to ask him who is he crushing on when before I know it Jake is on top of me and we are having a heated make out session. Ok totally normal. I would stop but it's weird not having giant lips to suck on while kissing but I can't seem to pull away from Jake. He's so passionate when he kisses me and I love it. Crap what about Sam? Wait Sam doesn't have to know about this. Until....

"JAKE DESTINY WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING???!" Jake and I both pull off each other and sit up to see a totally shocked Blaine. That's just great, Blaine can't keep a secret to save his life and Sam's his best friend.

Jake, Blaine, and I are speechless for a long 5 seconds till Jake finally speaks up,

"I'm gonna go." He quickly gets off my bed and is out the door and I'm left with a very confused Blaine.

"Ok.... So what the hell just happened?" Blaine closes the door behind him and sits in the same place Jake was sitting.

"Umm... Well in a nutshell Jake confessed his love for me and we made out.." I say awkwardly not making eye contact with Blaine.

"Well what about Sam?" Blaine says in a softer tone. Sam, hearing his name break my heart knowing that I'll either have to keep a secret from him or he'll find out and break up with me.

"I love Sam, god I really do. But I couldn't pull myself away from Jake. He and I connect in a way that Sam and I just don't have." I say honestly playing with the hem of my v-neck.

"Destiny you have to be aware that Jake breaks girls hearts, he's done it multiple times and we would probably do the same to you. Jake doesn't respect anyone else's feeling except his own." Blaine says trying to look me in the eyes.

"Blaine that is far from true. You just are just inferring that from rumors. Jake and I have talks that we connect to and he always knows when I'm sad and he is respectful towards my feelings. Blaine you don't see that side of him that I do, a sweet loving guy that likes to dance and is respectful." I defend Jake.

"So you would chose Jake and sketchy guy over Sam a sweet and trustworthy guy?" Blaine says with a bit more attitude.

"I was never going to chose. I like Jake but in a friendly way and I was never going to break up with Sam. And besides what does it matter to you? You don't control my life." I say standing my ground. Ha take that Blaine.

"Can't you see I'm just trying to help you do what's best for you!" Blaine says trying to ignore the fact 30 seconds ago he basically insulted me.

"I know what's best for me. And I can figure my life out on my own." I saw with anger in my voice.

"Wow Destiny you've changed. You use to be so full of life and happy. Now you made out with a bad boy." Blaine says harshly. Well that hurt.

"What changed??" I ask harshly, "Because last time we saw each other before I moved here was 3 years ago! Maybe being slammed into lockers, being treated like trash, and being called fat changed me Blaine. Now I know I need to stand my own ground and make my life count. So I'm sorry if I'm not that happy perfect girl anymore." I say looking Blaine straight in the eyes. Without another word Blaine walks out of my room.

Hey readers! So I know I'm a week late on updating. If you haven't noticed I'm not good at updating when I say I'm going to update, but the good news is I have spring break in a week so I will definitely write a few chapters then! Also my big announcement is I'm going to write a teen fiction about two teens in a performing arts school in NY and they dance and yeah! A few months ago I mentioned something about a teen fiction so it will happen soon and I really hope you all will read that. Also thank you so much I know have 1.7k reads!!!! That's insane a few months ago I was like "wow thank you for 50 reads!!" And now I'm at 1.7k ITS CRAZY!! So thank you all so much!
