Adalyn's P.O.V

*Phone rings*

I woke up to my phone ringing for the hundredth time. I knew it was Kingston blowing up my phone, since that's all he did since I left two nights ago. I got up and went to take a shower. I washed off with my cherry blossom body wash. I got out, put on a white bra & panty set and threw on a white top with black & white PINK joggers. I put a lipgloss, covered my bruises, and left my hair in a messy bun. After I was done, I went to wake up Lauren.

"Lauren, mama it's time to get up, I have to take you to daycare." I told her. She stirred in her sleep and finally got up to take a bath. "Mommy I'm tired." She told me. "I know baby but if you hurry I'll take you to get ice cream after daycare" I said. Her eyes lit up as she ran and got ready in less than 10 minutes. I put her on her favorite blue frozen shirt and grey leggings. I put on her brown boots and started on her hair. "You got so much hair mamas." I said. She just giggled and sat still until I was done with her neat bun. After I was done, I told her to watch tv until I was done packing up our clothes. Just then Armani walked in.

"Goodmorning Ad." She said cheerfully. "Goodmorning mani" I greeted back. "I'm guessing you found you and lala a little place to stay." She stated. Deep down I knew Armani wasn't gone believe what was about to say. " W-Well not exactly I've been doing so thinking an-" She cut me off. "Adalyn Kalia Scott!" I jumped. "I know your not about to go back to him?" She said. "Mani he really does have problems and I think-" She interrupted. " Think what?!? He'll get better and become who you want him to be? That perfect husband?" She questioned. "All he needs is someone to help him in his time of need." I defended him. "All he needs is his ass beat for putting his hands on you. Your gonna end up his punching bag." She stated. "THAT IS NOT TRUE! He loves me." I declared. "You don't beat someone you love." She said. Then she left out the room. Who do she think she is tryna run my marriage. I shook the thoughts out of my head when I packed the last bag into the car. I went to get Lauren.

"Lauren, baby it's time to go tell TT Mani bye." I shouted. She came running down stairs and hugged Mani. "I love you munchkins stay safe." Mani told her. "Love you too Manna! Don't worry I will!" She said running to the car. I was about to say something to Armani when she beat me to it. "I hope you realize before it's too late." She stated. Before I could reply, she'd already shut and locked the door. I headed to my car to take Lauren to daycare.

*20 minutes later*

I've already dropped Lauren off at daycare, so I decided to go back to the house to work things out with Kingston.
I pulled up to the driveway and noticed his car wasn't in the garage. Which meant he was at work. I got the remaining bags out the car. I walked into the house to Kingston sitting on the couch I asked "W-Where's your car?" He replied "Omarian went to get it detailed..Where you been?" I replied "Armani's house. " He started off "Babe you know I didn't mean it. I thought you would leave me if you found out about my illness." he put his head down. "Kingston I would never leave you over something I can help you beat." I started to convince myself I can help him. I'm his wife I know I can.
