"Happy Birthday to you!" Voices from around serenade you for your special day. Claps fill the silence in between the song.
" Thank you guys so much." You say to your friends and family.
"Make a wish!" Your mother said as she pulls out her camera.
You close your eyes.
I wish I could meet Why Don't We, you thought.
You opened your eyes, bent down and blew out your sixteen candles. The light no longer shows on the (Y/F/C) (Y/F/C/F) cake.
Cheer and applause filled your ears as a smile traced your lips. Your mother takes multiple pictures with you and your best friend.
After the mini photo shoot, you leave the main table and sit down with (Y/BF/N) as your mother passes out slices of cake. She offers you a piece and you approve. You dig in and enjoy the cake.
"Did you see the present I have for you?" (Y/BF/N) asked.
You look up from your plate, "Yes, but I didn't look inside."
(Y/BF/N) sets his/her plate down on the table and stands up.
"C'mon, I want you to open it now." Your best friend says.
You hesitate, "Uh, okay.." You thought it was weird, since your friend usually doesn't pressure you to open your gifts right away.
You left your cake sitting on the table and (Y/BF/N) drags you to your room, where two small gifts were stacked on your desk. (Y/BF/N) grabs a small box with a ribbon attached to it. She/He hands you the box and you read the label.
To my best friend in the universe. ~(Y/BF/N).
You look up and hug her/him. (Y/BF/N) seems anxious for you to open it. You inspect the box one last time before you open it.
Now or never.
You open the box to reveal one ticket to a Why Don't We concert plus a Meet and Greet in 2 days.
You dropped the box and covered your mouth. You felt your face turn red and tears escaping from your eyes. You look at (Y/BF/N) and hug her/him tightly.
"Thank you...so much." You whisper in her/his ear. "
"You're welcome, best friend." She/He said.
