Prompt: I'm Supposed to Get Married Today, But
'I cheated...'
[Name] repeated the same phrase in her mind as she stared at her reflection in the mirror--reminding herself constantly of the fuzzy memories from the night before. She couldn't make out most of them for she was regrettably drunk, but she knew very well of what she had done wrong due to the note she found next to her nightstand: 'Last night was unforgettable. Can't wait to see you again, [Name] ♥'.
A late bachelorette party was hosted for [Name] by her older sister along with the bridal party in a typical nightclub, and according to the hangover [Name] possessed, it went out of control. Her lower half felt sore much likely from her wild dancing and possible lap dancing her cheating candidate-or one of them if there were more she serviced in her drunken state.
Her eyebrows furrowed as she lowered her [E/C]-eyed gaze to her left hand where her second ring is supposed to be worn in a matter of minutes.
'No, I can't do it. Not like this- not to Sebastian...' She cringed at the thought of hiding her secret to Sebastian-he was too good for someone like herself.
The maid of honor rushed around the room, naturally oblivious of [Name]'s serious face as she helped with the bride's last touches. "You look so beautiful, sis! Sebastian is a lucky, lucky man~!"
'Why isn't she lecturing me of my behavior last night?' [Name] thought, curious as to why her sister wasn't commenting.
[Name] sighed and straightened up to look at herself in the mirror again. Her make-up was flawless, hair perfectly in place compared to how she woke up this morning and complexion impressed her; she was relieved that no hickies marked her neck, or any accidental bruises from stumbling around in her stiletto heels.
The maid of honor clapped in excitement for her younger sister and stood [Name] to her feet to walk her to a full mirror so [Name] could admire herself in her bridal attire.
Her gown was custom made to princess style with a touch of Sebastian's vintage taste. A bird cage veil hid [Name]'s blushing face instead of a normal veil. She curled her hands anxiously as she fluttered memories of Sebastian's facial expression when she tried on dresses, his dark scarlet eyes always dawned at his fiancé in a princess gown.
[Name] sighed once more before looking over her shoulder towards her sister, "Do me favor: bring Sebastian in here," and bit back the urge to cry.
'I can't get married like this'
Her sister playfully gasped and giggled at her request, "[Name], you know that's bad-
"I'm serious! Please bring Sebastian in," [Name] retorted and bit down on her glossy lower lip, still fighting the knot in her throat.
Her maid of honor frowned but obeyed and fetched the groom, who was only two doors down. [Name] prepared herself to accept the fact that Sebastian will most likely only walk away, not say a single word-he was too much of a gentleman to even curse a word to any woman.
The sound of two clicks from the opening and closing of her bedroom door made her heart race and palms to become sweaty. The smell of Sebastian's choice of cologne shot a chill up and down her column for it was an engagement gift [Name] gave to his fiancé.
"My sweet, [Name]~" his casual greeting pulled at her heart strings, melting in guilty pleasure. She will be missing that.
Sebastian smiled, assuming his almost-to-be wife nerves were peaking and reached out his gloved hand to grasp her trembling shoulder. "You're breaking traditional rules, you know. Is my [Name] nervous to walk down the aisle?"
[Name] slowly spun herself around to expose her watery [E/C] eyes, causing Sebastian's scarlet eyes to widen. "What's the matter?"
[Name] scanned her sorry eyes to what she could have walked down the aisle for. She smiled at his attire: handsomely fitted black tux with a pure red rose as the chosen boutonniere that proudly hugged his front, left pocket. His dark raven hair beautifully shined with the sun rays that peeked through the curtains. That single piece of hair that fell in his face was the seductive touch that had you going like a high-school girl.
"I-I'm sorry, Sebastian. I think I did something horrible last night with another man..." she was blunt, straight to the point and Sebastian responded only with an amused smirk and pulled back his hand.
He chuckled and face-palmed at [Name]'s naïve self, "Yes, I'm well aware of that, love."
"W-Wha-!"
Sebastian chuckled once more as he takes [Name]'s ring hand and gently brings it up to his lips to plant a kiss on the top of her hand. [Name] was dumbfounded at his reaction, confused to what he was referring to.
"What do you mean you're 'very well aware'?"
Sebastian's expression softened and gracefully danced his bride into his chest. His arms snaked around her waist and his smirking lips seductively kissed at her ear; he then whispered words that painted [Name]'s face crimson red.
"I am the man you sinned with, [Name]~ Are you feeling sore?"
'Well dam...'
