PETERS POV

"Oh yeah! Peter..! Have you heard about that Spiderman dude! He's real! Turns out Ava wasn't crazy when she made those articles.." Ned said.

"Uh huh.. If you don't mind me asking... I have never heard of him that much where did you get this new information about him?" I said trying to sound oblivious while getting him to tell me.

"Flash saw him.. and videotaped it.. It happened last night... It's all over his Instagram! And you know Flash is the most popular boy in school so.." Ned stated.

"Uh huh.." I stated.

"Should I call Brook?" Ned stated.

"Uh..! No I'm sure she'll make it!" I said hopefully.

BROOKS POV

"I'm going to school whether you like it or not Harley!" I stated walking towards the door.

"Mam'! Your father has strict orders for you to stay home for a bit to HEAL!" HARLEY said.

"I don't care!" I said.

I walked up and yanked on the door but it didn't budge. I yanked again and again but nothing gave.

"Harley!! Unlock it!" I said glaring at any security camera in the room.

"Brook! No! You need to rest! I promise you can go tomorrow ok!" HARLEY stated trying to bargain.

"F-Fine..!" I stuttered stomping back over to the couch.

I leaned back on the couch and flinched back up in a heartbeat.

"I-Ice..." I stuttered to HARLEY.

"That's what I thought.. Now go get something comfy on we have a whole day of Netflix to watch! Up for another round of Harry Potter?" HARLEY asked.

"With the Weasley Twins..? Hell yeah," I said tromping off to my room.

PETERS POV

"It's already lunch and there's no sign of Brook!" I stuttered to Ned.

"Go ask her friends.. The three cute girls.." Ned stated.

I got up and walked over to the dynamic trio. I sat down across from them hoping I wasn't intruding.

"Sup Pete.!" Brianna stated.

"Peter! Did you hear about the Spider-Man! He's real! I was ri-" Ava said getting cut off by Mimi's hand.

"How can we help you Peter?" Mimi asked.

"H-Hi..! I was wondering if any of you.. Heard from Brook...?" I asked.

"Last time we talked she was begging me to take down pictures of her from my Instagram huge bummer on her part..!" Brianna said.

"Likewise! But that was 3 days ago..." Ava said.

"Yeah sorry Peter.." Mimi said.

"Wait! What if Brook is Spider-Man! She's been gone and the sightings were when she was gone!" Ava started explaining, I got fear and confusion stuck in my eyes.

"Uh no she's not Spider-Man.. She's got boobs Spider-Man doesn't!" Brianna said out loud bluntly.

"Shut up you two! Peters right here! Save this for girl talk my lord!" Mimi said lightly hitting the back of their heads getting me out of that awkward situation.

"T-Thanks anyways guys.." I said before retreating back to me and Ned's table.

I sat down next to Ned without saying a word.
