Mom and I got home and started perparing the cake and the dishes.

Mom was making up silly reasons for dad to go out, but in the end he got a call from his office calling him urgently.

"It's as easy as a phone call mom"

I laughed perparing the batter.

Mom got a call so she was busy gossiping and I started off with the dishes leaving the batter aside.

I went over to the refrigerator for the butter but it wasnt there.

What!?? I am sure I picked it up

It could have been misplaced somewhere, I searched the whole kitchen and the shopping bags but it was no where to be found.

"Oh wait" I groaned face palming, as I remembered the scenario.

I handed over the butter to some random guy because he needed it and my kind self would be damaged if I didn't.

What a weird shop though, who doesn't restock on butter!?

I sighed to myself running up to my bedroom and grabbing my phone."Jeona where are you going!?" Mom shouted loud enough for me to hear.

I head downstairs to her, "the shop, I forgot few things" she sighed "fine go on, be back quick"

"Bye mom" I grabbed my jacket and left the house.

"First let's buy a gift for dad, because I've left it pending for long enough now, and then the butter" I reminded myself.

I head to the gift shop nearby.

I saw a pretty watch or rather cool than pretty and dad loves watches, he says wearing them makes a person look cool and smart, which I always laughed at

I was about to buy it but someone already had their hands over it "you're always late" I sighed

"I am sorry to bother you but are you intrested in this watch?" The person spoke to me as I was busy scolding myself.

"me?are you asking me?"

"Yes you" He said while chuckling at my response.

Where did I hear this voice?

He was wearing a mask, highlighting his pretty eyes which were partially being covered by the ends of  his chocolate brown bangs.

While I was lost admiring him, he asked his question again and ofcourse my answer was yes.
