Dance, Dance

«Just some short fluff (like, super duper short). Enjoy!»

Dan laid on the couch in the living room, mindlessly scrolling through Tumblr on his laptop. Phil was sat in the same room, but at their dining table. He was sorting through some papers and marking some things up with a pen.

Suddenly, Dan started playing some loud music. Phil looked at his husband. He was listening to Fall Out Boy, a band he enjoyed most of the time but not when he was in the middle of doing important work.

The brunette got up and moved to the middle of the living room. He pushed the coffee table to the side and started to... Well, some people called it dancing. To Phil, it looked like he was possessed by a demon. With a small smile and a shake of his head, Phil continued with his work.

When the song ended, Dan was panting. Then the next song began to play. It was a Panic! At The Disco song this time, however. Again, Dan began to dance, but singing out the lyrics this time.

"I wouldn't ever try to make you leave, no!"

When Phil looked over, Dan was shuffling his feet and flailing his arms around. He laughed, rolling his eyes at his husband's antics. He let him do whatever it was Dan was trying to do.

The song finished and Dan was smiling brightly. "Phil! C'mon, dance with me!" His forehand shined with sweat. Phil looked down at his clothes; just some sweats and a shirt. With a shrug, he got up and stood next to Dan.

"May I have this dance?" He held out a hand. The next song was Tyler Joseph's cover for Can't Help Falling In Love With You.

"You may." Dan took Phil's hand in his own and placed the other on his shoulder, while Phil placed his on Dan's waist.

They swayed a bit. Their foreheads touched and their noses rubbed against each other. They were breathing the same air and they were lost in each other's eyes. They were smiling.

"I can't help falling in love with you." Phil sang out softly. Dan blushed, and rested his head on Phil's shoulder, who pulled him closer.

They remained like that, feeling happy and in content until the song ended. It was silent for about ten seconds until the next song started to play.

"Baby can't you see, I'm calling."
