Melanie Martinez | team 10

Moving in.

I woke up, my stuff was all packed, I was ready to get up and leave. Maybe I could even find a boyfriend so I won't be alone anymore.

I took a shower and after that I got changed into my clothes I was gonna wear.

I got my suitcases and called an uber. When the uber arrived, I didn't hesitate, I just hoed in and it drove me to the team 10 house.

When I arrived, I knocked at the door. A very handsome man opened it. He had brown hair with tan skin. I smiled.

"Jake, is this the new member?" He called out. Another handsome boy came around to the door and smiled.

"Hey, I'm jake, you must be Mel, please come in." He said. I came in and looked around. It was huge.

"Umm, hi." I said nervously, still smiling.

"Hey everyone, come meet Mel!" Jake called out. Everyone came from upstairs.

"Ok Mel, meet Tessa, Erika, Chance, Anthony, Tristan, kade and Anthony." He said. They all said hi except for Tessa.

"This girl's gonna be living with us, RIP." sHe said. I gave her the stink eye. Erika seemed nice.

"So uh, let me show you your room. " Anthony said.

I followed him upstairs.

"Wow. This is big." I said.

"Yeah, so uh, let me know if you need anything, I'm right around the corner." He said.

"Thank you." I said. He left and smiled.

I lay my suitcases on the ground and then jumped on the bed. It was so comfy. After a while, I heard jake call everyone downstairs, I came too.

"So we're gonna go out for dinner, anyone wanna come?" Jake asked.

Anthony, Tessa, Chance and Chance said they would come, i decided to go too. He said we had to be ready in an hour. We all went into our room to get ready, I decided to wear a nice outfit, jake mentioned something about a restaurant.

We all came downstairs, Erika and Tessa all looked a lot better than me in their dresses. I then saw Anthony and Chance look at me up and down and say 'whoa'.

Jake then lead us to the van, we all hopped in, I was sitting next to Chance and Anthony.

"Hey,Mel, you look pretty in that outfit." Chance said.

"Thanks, you look nice too." I said smiling.

"So Melanie, what do you do?" Anthony asked.

"I uh, sing." I said.

"Is that it?" Tessa asked in a rude tone.

"Well uh-" I was cut off.

"What else can you do Tessa?" He said.

I smiled at him for sticking up for me. He smiled back. I think I like him. We arrived at the restaurant. Anthony helped me get out of the van. We went inside, found a table and then ordered. We sat down, I sat down next to Chance and Anthony again. When we our food came, I felt Chance put his hand on my thigh, I felt very uncomfortable. I tried to pull my thigh away, it didn't work. I eventually just told them I needed to go to the bathroom. When I got at the bathroom, I heard the door open, it was Chance. I was now scared.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"Ummmm, this is the girls bathroom chance."I told him.

He then leant me on the wall and looked at my lips, by now, I was terrified. I didn't even try to push him off, but when he was probably just about to kiss me, a few girls came in, they didn't even care that there was a boy in here.

I then used my force to push him off and then walk out of the bathroom. I went up to the group.

"He- hey guys." I said with a shakey voice.

"Hey Mel, you ok?" Jake asked.

"Umm I'm j- just gonna maybe go back to the house, I'm not feeling well." I said.

"Ok well, you can take the van, we'll get an uber back." Jake said.

I took the keys, then rushed off to the van, just before I opened the car door, Anthony stopped me.

"Melanie, are you okay?" He said

"Ye- yeah I'm fine." I lied.

"Please tell me what's wrong." He asked.

"Well, you're friend Chance, isn't as pleasant as I thought he was." I said, while opening the van door and driving back to the house.

Anthony's pov

When Mel left, i saw chance outside, I ran up to him and grabbed his collar.

"What the hell did you do?!" I yelled.

"Whoa, she was just asking for it, and plus, all I did was just try to kiss her." He said, smiling.y
