Chapter ten : What ??

Nicki POV

i heard the alarm go indicating I have to get up I swing my feet of the bed and go to brush my teeth .

All of a Sudden I heard a loud scream and a bang I walked out of the bathroom to see zaira on the floor .

" Fall out of bed again ". I asked her

She shook her head yes and got up .

" OMG where late " I looked at her confused as she grabbed all of her soccer stuff.

" What are we late for zaira "

" How do you mean what are we late for its 7 and training started at 5 "

" Calm down its Saturday so no practice and even if it did had practice it wouldn't make sense to go

considering practice finishes at 6:45 "

" Oh shut up with your big words I'm going to get something to eat want anything " I nodded my head yes and with that she was gone

I saw my phone and decided to go check see if I got any messages .

MARCUS : Good morning beautiful :*

and see you at your game later.

I ignored his text Because  i was still mad at him .

I was so nervous for today's game this was our first game with coach Eva . She had me , zaira , Emily and Stephanie benched the whole week and Leila still wasn't back on the team . I think that today were going to have on hell of a game if we even play . I heard a knock on the door bringing me out of my thoughts must be zaira that forgot her key again .

Nicki POV

" Zaira can you please hurry up else I'm leaving without you "

I heard her move around some more in the room and she came out

" What took you so long " I looked at her

" Nothing come let's go win or lose goes both ways " I ignored her an we proceeded to the field .

Marcus POV

I hate  practice on Saturday and today was even worse it was to dam hot . I look over at Ron that looks like he wants to be every where but here cant this coach see we don't want to be here . 

" Coach why cant you cut this training short "  He looked over at me .

" Why not , you guys worked hard enough your dismissed "  we all said thanks and with that we were  off the football field .  I heard someone scream my name i look back to see Ron trying to catch up .  I stopped walking so he could catch up with me.

" Yow u saved my life out there one more minute of training and i was dead "  

" You wouldn't have been the only one "   We both made our way to the locker room

" So what you doing later "

" Going to watch a soccer game "   He looked at me strange . I waited for hiss remark that follewed the face he just gave . 

" Since when do you like soccer " He shut his locker and looked at me . 

" Since forever "  i closed my locker and started walking out . 

" It best not be that  girls game your going to watch "  

" and so what if it is what are you going to do about it  "  He sighed and stopped walking so i stopped 

" You have to stop hanging around that girl you are one of the most popular guys in this school what do you think would happen if people start seeing you with her you wont be popular no more "  

i just  looked at him i guess he was wright but nicki's my friend . 

" Well maybe i can miss one game "

Nicki POV 

I looked next to me to  see Zaira drinking a class of water and on my other side Emily was on her phone and steph was just staring in front of her . We were benched for most of the game . We only played four minutes .  I looked at the score board and we were down by five we only had one goal that was made by zaira before the coach took her out and it is clear that we are  going to lose the game only had 3 minutes left .  I looked in the bleachers looking for marcus but he was no where to be seen i guess something came up again just like always .  i heard the whistle go indicating the game was over we all four got up and went to the locker rooms . 

" way  to go coach we lost again "   I looked at emily that looked beyond pissed .

" Emily that is no way to talk to me "  

" Yes it  is your the brilliant coach that decided to take all  of your good players off the field witch is why we lost the game "   She took her bag and left . 

Me , zaira and steph took are bags and followed her .

Nicki POV 

I was lying on my bed till i heard a knock on the door . I went and open the door the last person i wanted to see . he walked in the room and took his usual seat . 

" what are you doing here "  i went and took a seat by the desk 

" where's zaira ?? " 

" she's out  but  you still didn't answer my question "  

" You didnt answer my text this morning so i wanted to see what was up"  i just looked at him was he realy serious

" First you ask me to go and eat pizza then you dont show up last night . Then you dont come to my game "  i looked at him

"i had things to do "

" youre a real jackass  "  He got of the bed and was now standing in front

" what did you just call me "

" you heard me you care about no one but yourself " 

" WELL HAVE YOU EVER TAUGHT THAT I DON'T WANT TO BE SEEN IN  PUBLIC WITH YOU YOUR A NOBODY , NOTHING  YOUR IRRELEVANT TO THE WORLD"  and with that he was gone . 

Maybe he is wright i am a nobody
