Chapter 1

my life in hell

Here I am in the garden of water Lillie's hiding from my father. Why my father? Today is my 17th birthday and there is a prophecy he wishes to talk to me about. One that is similar to the one about Raven but its about me, Lilith.

My father is Trigon and my older sister is Raven, or her lesser known name Rachel Roth. Raven is now 23 & living with her husband, Beast Boy, meaning I'm Trigon's last chance to destroy the world. My mother, Arella, would try to stop him if she were still here.

Trigon killed her infront of me when I was 5 for punishment because she wanted to run away with me and Raven. Raven thinks she was killed in front of her because her memory of me was erased when she was 17. Trigon wanted to make sure she had no memory of me so I can feel the way he does, unloved and alone.

Raven left a year later for Earth to get away from him and she was lucky to get out of here without a scratch might I add. He somehow didn't know of her absence until the next day and he decided to fully focus on me and turning me evil. He often beat me and abused me to turn my heart cold & bitter.

What he doesn't know is I'm nothing like him in anyway. I'm more like Raven and Arella if anything. I hate him yes but I will NEVER be cold and heartless. I don't kill at all, unless if in the future I have to defend myself. Trigon kills for fun and says it makes other's 'respect' him. More like fear him, no one will even talk to me thinking I'll kill them if they even look my way!

I hear a foot hit the ground knowing who it is, " LILITH COME OUT NOW!"

My heart skips a beat and I try to calm down even though I know he'll find me like always. I'm hidden in a pile of dead flowers and leaves.

I'm roughly jerked out of my hiding spot and he looks at me with hatred in his eyes, " Lilith you know of the prophecy and you know it WILL happen no matter how much you fight it."

I only stare at him with the same hatred in his eyes as he puts me on the ground but doesn't release my hand and drags me back in the castle. He drags us to the room the beatings happen, no windows and its under ground so no one disturbs us.

"Lilith I'll give you a chance to change your life."

I look at him in shock ," What are you aiming at."

"If you can find a better purpose for your live and make it on your own with no help AND find someone to love a monster like you I'll leave you be if you give me a new child to waste my time on, doesn't even have to be yours."

Is he really saying this?! I might actually have a way out of this hell hole? " How long will you give me?"

He laughs his evil laugh , " You have 6 months , that seems long enough."

I nodded and turned for the stairs to my room when his hand grabbed my shoulder and I looked at him again," But if you fail you will end the world . " He walks away and I went to my room to begin packing.

2 hours later I finally have all my box's packed and I still have no clue where to go to begin my new start on life. I look at on my laptop to find a desirable place and one picture catches my eye, Paris. It sounds amazing and its the city of love so I surely should find someone there! Then again this place is said to be 'better than heaven' so I can't trust everything I see... maybe I should go find Raven in Jump City.

I open a portal and take a deep breath. I flip a coin, heads Jump City tails Paris. It lands and I look at it, Jump City here I come!

I step out of the portal and I'm standing in front of Titans Tower. A green streak flies past me and a robo man right behind him. Wheres Raven? Next thing I know I get run over and everything goes black.
