Chapter 7: What An Idiot

Chance POV

I walk up the stairs and go straight to Tessa's room. After that argument with Erika I have no clue what to do. I love those guys like brothers, but I have a feeling that she's going to ruin everything.

"What's on your mind?" Tessa says wrapping her arms around me. I'm not in a mood to talk about what just went down.

I push her hair back and gaze into her big brown eyes. "You. Our date. How good you're going to look." I say not losing eye contact.

She kisses me and in that moment we jump when we hear a loud crash in the backyard.

We run down the stairs and see chad in pain. It's nothing new. He does stupid things all the time.

When I turn my head Tessa's gone. Next thing I notice is a Jake's camera in my face. "Anthony is gone and only two-thirds of the Ohio boys are left." We both pretend to cry.

He turns the camera off and look at me, "Did Anthony tell you anything?"

"What do you mean" I say.

"Bro, you know what I mean. Why did he leave. I know he misses the fam, but this was really out of the blue." He says putting his hand on my shoulder. "You'll tell me if you find out anything else. Right."

"Yeah, man." I hate lying to him but it's for the best.

He nods his head. "He just seemed off to me. I don't know why. Whatever it's nothing I need to worry about. Right."

"Yeah man." I hate this so much why can't Anthony just tell him the truth. "Hey, have you talked to Erika lately."

"Nah man. Why?"

"Never mind" I say.

"Nah bro tell me" He say pushing down on my shoulder.

I shrug his hand off and say "nah I just wanted to know if you found out where she was last night?"

"It's no big deal. I know I can trust her."
He says walking off with a smirk.

I can never tell what Jake is thinking. He pulls out his camera and kisses Erika once again.

When he notices me watching he smiles  at me and goes back to kissing her.

I roll my eyes and walk off.

"Chance" the twins say.

"Martinez twins" I say going in for a hug. They've been gone for a while. "I've missed you guys how was Miami"

After talking and getting lunch with Ivan and Emilio. We decided as a group to prank Jake for their channel.

I take out my money and offer to pay for lunch, but Emilio hands the waitress his card. "You don't have to pay. This is my welcome back give to you guys" I say.

"We got you" he says and pays. Well whatever. I can't turn down a free meal.

"Okay" I say it's so good to have you the guys back. Now that Anthony's gone, I'm going to need someone else other than Tessa to talk to.

"So all we need is the outfits for the prank." Ivan says. We're planning on dressing up like robbers in mask and attacking Jake. We plan on putting cameras all around his room and jumping out of his closet and pretend to beat him up.

After setting up, I call Anthony to see if he's all right. He's flight leaves in about an hour. He couldn't stay in the team ten anymore, so he went to stay at Thomas Petrou's house until it's time to go to the airport.

We put on our mask and hide in Jake's closet. After two minutes, we hear rattling coming from his room.

We peak through the crack of his closet door and see Jake making out with a girl that's not Erika.

"What an idiot" Emilio says.
