After a long night again of drinks with Nya it's tiring I haven't seen my daughter in 2 days I miss her so I'm picking her up from Leah's house.

Leah: she's right here 

Kayden: MOMMY

I picked her up and kissed her she was so happy.

Me: you missed me

Kayden: yes ( smiles )

I got her stuff and we left.

Me: want to go over nana house

We were at my moms house and I saw my brother car. We walked in and I saw Hunter.

Hunter: what's up little sis

I hugged him and he smiled at me and when he saw Kayden he picked her up and kissed her.

Hunter: what y'all been doing lately

Me: nothing living life

Kayden sat quietly eating her snack. Than I saw Chris he looked at me and smiled a little. I got up and went outside. I saw that Kayden was following me. I sat her on the porch and she smiled at me.

Me: ( giggles )

Than the door opened I looked and it was Chris. He sat next to me and smiled.

Chris: what's up

Me: hey

Chris: what you been going

Me: nothing

It was awkward I didn't feel right talking to you. But we talked and got to know each other. Than his girlfriend came out.

Diamond: what the fuck Chris why you talking to this hoe

Me: this hoe has a name

Diamond: whatever get away from my man bitch

I looked down at Kayden and she was watching everything.

Chris: don't disrespect her and in front of her daughter

I gave them both stank looks and went back in the house.

• That Night •

I was in my room Kayden was sleeping I was watching this movie about a girl she don't age. Than their was a knock on the door. Who could this probably be. They kept banging on the door. I hurried I didn't want them to wake Kayden up. I got it and it was Chris he had blood on him while holding a sleeping Royalty.

Me: Chris what happened

Chris: can you keep her until I get back please

Me: yeah but what's going on

I took her and he ran to his car. I watch him pull off. I took Royalty upstairs and laid her in the bed with Kayden. Than Nya FaceTimed me I answered it and she looked high.

Nya: oh hey

Me: hi

Nya: let me tell you their was a shoot out at work tonight

Me: really

Nya: gang related ( roll eyes ) two of our girls got shot

Me: wow are they ok

Nya: Kink got shot in the thigh she overreacted and Sway got shot on her side

Nya: I'll talk to yo ass later

She hung up and I looked back at the tv. Than I went on Instagram and that got boring so I just went to sleep.

I woke up and did my morning routine than I went downstairs and cooked breakfast. I heard Kayden and Royalty playing in the play room. I'm free because they closed the club down until further notice.

Me: GIRLS COME AND EAT

I heard their little feet coming and I smiled.

They smiled an are there food. Than the door opened it was Chris.

Chris looked at me and smiled he mouthed to me thank you.

Me: welcome

He came in the kitchen and we started to talk.

Chris: but we'll get out your hair

Me: wait she's eating but what happened last night

Chris: a lot I was at home just put RoRo to sleep and I heard gun shots and someone breaking into my house I'm not gone lie I was scared I saw the person and we started fighting than another gun shot went off and I got even more scared because Royalty was upstairs so I brung her over here

Me: the things you are doing are putting her in danger

Chris: I know

It was an awkward silence between us I just gave him a plate.

Me: ( smiles )

He gave me this looked and sat at the island smiling big.

Chris: what you doing tonight

Me: nothing

Chris: let me take you out

He gave me this poker face and I looked away.

I can't get attached to her because she's ain't feeling ya nigga. This is the first time a girl isn't into me.

Tyler: 1 don't call me that and 2 I'm not about to give myself to you when your out here still living the single life I'm not about to waist my time over some nigga that isn't really ready you'll have to show me your ready until then I don't want anything to do with you Chris

I feel embarrass I got Royalty and took my ass home that shit hurt.
