Chapter 9
Jacob Perez's POV
Ever since Desiree came home she's been spacey and acting weird. She came home drunk and as soon as I came in her room she was passed out in her bed.
So the next day I woke her up with breakfast in bed and we kissed a little. After we finished we got dressed and were off to school.
Julie walked past looking sad and torn apart. But she still managed to get Desire's attention.
"Desiree, can we talk?? Please...", she whined, running back to us.
"Yeah?"
"I'm sorry about last night. We were drunk and I was caught up in all the history we have. Please, I can't help that I still love you. And I can't help that I still want to be with you no matter what!"
"I think.... We shouldn't see each other no more...", Desiree slurred, looking down.
"What?", she whispered back, slowly backing out of the school.
"It's ok.", I whispered trying to soothe her.
"Let's just go.", she took my hand and walked.
