1~Movie night (Peter Parker)

"What movies did you bring?" I asked as i walked into the kitchen to see my best friend of four years, Peter Parker.

"I brought Empire strikes back. Is that okay?" He looked at me with hopeful eyes.

"That's perfect." I said smiling. I made the popcorn and sat down on the couch waiting for Peter to put the movie in. He sat down next to me and hit play. I have to admit I wasn't paying attention. Peter's my best friend, but he doesn't know that I've had feelings since grade school. I can feel his dark eyes looking at me as I try to follow what's happening on the screen. I look up at him and he immediately looks away.

"Peter?"

"Yes?"

"Can I tell you something?"

"Only if I can go first." You look at him confused while he continued.

"I know we've been best friends for years, I know we've spent all our free time together, and I know that I've always felt something more between us and could never tell you because I was convinced you had a thing for that Osborne kid." Harry? He thought I liked Harry? I guess I'm good at keeping secrets. "What I'm trying to say Y/N, is that I love you. I've loved you for years and I finally got the courage to tell you." I was speechless. The boy I fell in love with when I first met him just confessed he had feelings for me. What better time to confess my feelings as well?

"I love you too. I've loved you since I met you but you had a thing for Liz. I was so heartbroken when you would gush about how beautiful she is. I was convinced I could never compete with her. I love you Peter Parker."

"And I love you Y/N L/N." I looked into his dark brown eyes. His eyes darted to my lips and back up to my eyes. He was leaning in and I found myself doing the same. The anticipation was killing me, so I crashed my lips onto his and soon after he started to kiss back. Eventually we had to pull away for air.

"Be my girlfriend?" Peter said while slightly panting.

"Of course I will." I answered without hesitation. He put his arm around my shoulder as I hugged his waist pulling him closer to me. I drifted off as he held me in his arms.
