Kelly's pov
"Kelly!" a woman with overly straight brown hair and sharp brown eyes called.
"Mom, I am in the middle of putting on lip stick and you made me mess up." a disrespectful girl with soft brown curls and cold light blue eyes yelled back.
"Kelly get down here now." the woman (Kelly's mother) commanded.
"Oh," Kelly groaned "MOM, you messed me up, again."
"If you don't come I'll make you ride the bus." Mother threatened.
"Oh you couldn't do that to me on my first day of school." Kelly finally came down the stairs.
"Now, how do I look?" she was wearing a peach minnie skirt with roses on the waistband and dark pink long sleeve top with rose pattern on the front. She had a light blush, some pink eye shadow and beautiful rosy pink lipstick that was perfectly put on.
'"You look fine dear, now go get into the car." her mother said.
"FINE! Is that all I get?" Kelly puffed. "I spent an hour getting my hair right and another putting on makeup and all yesterday shopping for my out-fit." she complained.
"I'm sorry dear you look absolutely gorgeous. I should have been more thoughtful. Now, now don't cry." Kelly's mother over dramatically comforted.
"You're such a drama queen." Kent, Kelly's wavy brown haired and sparkling blue eyed twin entered the room. "Ma we are gonna be late let's go." He said tossing his bangs out of his eyes.
"Kent, how many times have I told you not to call me Ma? Use proper language." Mother corrected. "Now come along, we don't want you to be late on your first date of school, now do we?" Mother cooed, leading Kelly out the door to the waiting Mercedes Benz in the driveway.

School just let out, when Kelly's only friends, Vixie, a black haired-hair, blue-eyed girl, Tina, a blond-hair, blue-eyed girl, and Margo, a red-haired, green-eyed girl, came trotting up excitedly.
"You're gorgeous!" Vixie yelped.
"Absolutely fabulous." Tina copied.
"Overly beautiful." Margo commented.
"I know, right!" Kelly agreed, right away.
"Have you seen the new guy?" Tina asked.
"No. How old is he?" Kelly asked, barely interested, because she already had three friends, and didn't care about having anymore.
"Well, don't look now, but he's staring at us." Vixie exclaimed.
But what the girls did not notice, was the disgusted look on his face.
"Hey, Kelly, I dare you to go talk to him." Margo giggled.
"Okay, I think I will." Kelly, who already formed a crush on him, agreed. "Now, tell me how old he is!" She demanded.
"Well, he got into some trouble, and so he got expelled at seventeen. Now he is behind a year, so he's probably eighteen." Tina calculated in her head, quickly.
Kelly walked up to the boy. "Hey, do you have a girl?" She asked, boldly.
"No, and I don't intend to either." He said in a cocky voice.
"Okay, then what is your name?" Kelly asked, a little annoyed.
"Wouldn't you like to know." He answered. Slamming his locker door, he walked away .
Kelly just stood and frowned as her friends walked up.
"What happened?" They chorused.
"He's a jerk, but I can work that out of him." She said as she looked at him just in time to see a girl bump into him.
"Hey, Vixie, your locker is just over there, go listen to what they are saying." Kelly said, nosily.
Vixie walked over there just in time to hear their conversation.
"Oh...uh, so sorry!" The girl blushed.
"No big deal. Hi, I'm Terrance." He smiled handsomely.
"I'm Beth, nice to meet you." Beth said, returning the smile.
"You want me to carry your book bag?" Terrance asked, sweetly.
"Um...no...uh thanks, I'm just walking over there." Beth pointed to the door right in front of him. "Talking of which, I need to get there. I'm sure we'll bump into each other again sometime." She giggled at her own joke.
Terrance stared dumbly at her, as she walked away, his blond bangs hanging in his brown eyes.
But only Vixie heard what Beth said as she walked away.
"I like him." Beth stated, coolly.
Vixie ran up to Kelly, and told her what had happened.
"I think I'll have a talk with that 'Beth' girl!" Kelly said, angrily.
"Do you want us to push her around for you?" Tina asked.
"Yeah, I think that would be a good idea, but wait till I'm done talking to her." Kelly ordered.
"KELLY CAMMEL, PLEASE COME TO THE FRONT. YOUR MOM IS HERE TO PICK YOU UP." The loud speaker announced just then.
"We'll do that tomorrow. Bye now." Kelly said, as she walked away.
