Finding A Home (3)

(Y/N)'s pov
I slowly open my eyes and see the bright sunlight pouring into my window. I sit up and smile, knowing that I finally have a good home. I hear a clanging noise coming from the kitchen as I made my way downstairs. I walk in to see Ryan making breakfast. He turns around as I walk in and smiles. "Go ahead and sit at the table. The food is almost done." I nod and sit at the table, looking around. I hadn't gotten to explore the largeish house much so I took the time to memorise the pale gray walls around me. 'It must be lonely to live in such a big house all alone.' My train of thought is broken as Ryan walks over with two plates of food. I thank him and start to eat. Breakfast is mostly silent, but as time went on we started to talk more and more as we slowly got to know each other. 'I think I'll like it here' I smile as I finish my food. I slowly get out of my chair and bring my plate to the kitchen sink. I reach up and put my plate in. Ryan places his in the sink shortly after and gestures for me to follow him. I walk behind him as he goes upstairs. "Go ahead and get changed. We're going to go shopping and get you some clothes, maybe even some decorations for your room." I smile and nod as I go and get changed. I put in my sneakers and head downstairs. Ryan smiles at me from the front door and opens it for me. I walk to his car and he helps me into the backseat and buckles me in. We drive to a nearby store and he helps me out and into the store. After picking out a decent amount of outfits Ryan pays for them and we move on to a different store. I look around and pick a few (f/c) [Favorite color] items for my room. "Nice choice (Y/N)." I smile as we head to check out. We load everything into the car and head home for the day. Once we're home we head inside and I head to to my room to decorate and put my clothes away. After I'm finished I head downstairs to hear Ryan recording. 'Maybe he wants some company.' I slowly walk into the room and stand near the door. Ryan notices me and waves me over. I walk over to see him playing an odd game. Ryan looks over towards the door and spots me. He smiles and waves me over. I walk towards him and he picks me up and places me on his lap. He then explains the game to me. 'Prop hunt? What a weird name for a game.' I watch for a while as he evades his friend Bryce. I giggle and Ryan smiles down at me. "You wanna try?" I nod quickly and he quickly explains the controls. I test it out and freeze when I spotted one of the hunters. "Where are you (Y/N)?" Bryce says as he moves closer to my spot. "No where you need to know." I sass at him. He laughs and continues checking the area around me but never finding me. He gets confused and checks outside the room I was in. "Maybe you were watching me through the wall..." He says to himself. Delirious, who was spectating, laughs as Bryce tears the place apart trying to find me. I move my small can self around behind him as he serches with Ryan and Delirious laugh loudly. I follow Bryce around until the round ends. "Looks behind you Bryce." Ryan says while giggling. He turns around to see my can self jumping around. "WHERE WERE YOU?!" He yells as we all bust out laughing. "She was following you half the round." Delirious says while still laughing. Bryce groans as Ryan ends his recording. "Definitely going in a video." Ryan says as he saves the recording. Bryce groans again as we laugh. "I call (Y/N) next time!" Bryce exclaims. "NO!" Delirious yells back and laughs after. 'I love his laugh.' I think to myself and giggle at their antics. I am definitely going to love it here.
