Chapter 20:

Vikky’s POV:

I woke up next to Adam who was still sleeping. He was so cute when he was sleeping. I leaned closer and kissed him on the lips then got out of bed. I wanted to get rid of the gifts Bryan gave me last night at my party as quickly as possible so I wouldn’t have to see them anymore. I got dressed and grabbed my keys then left Adam a note by my bed and left quickly. My mom’s car was parked in the driveway and so was my fathers. Oh geez. I got into my car and drove away from the house and to Dom’s.

When I got there I noticed that his mom’s car was there so I would be able to just give them to her instead. I parked my car, got out and went up to the front door and knocked. A few moments later Dom’s mom opened the door and invited me inside. I sat down at the kitchen table and she was drinking a cup of homemade tea. She never took no for an answer when it came to food or drinks so I always just took whatever she offered just to be polite. Everything started to get fuzzy a few seconds later and I excused myself so I could use the bathroom and clear my head. My head was foggy and I couldn’t remember where I was going so I walked into Dom’s room and laid down on the bed. Next to whom I presumed was Dom. I laid there and everything got foggier and I passed out.

Bryan’s POV:

I turned over and wrapped my arms around the body next to mine. I pulled her close and just smiled to myself that I had someone to cuddle with. I started kissing her neck and I heard a small noise so I took it from there and began what I’ve wanted to do for a while. After we finished I just laid there. She got up and kissed me then left the room.

Vikky’s POV:

My head started to become un-foggy and I realized I was back in my car. I shook my head and drove back to my dad’s house. I parked my car and walked up the stairs, my head was hurting and I felt really sore but that was normal after a night of partying with my friends and Adam. I walked into the house and saw Adam sitting on the couch watching t.v. he looked up and saw me come in the door and smiled then got up and walked over to me.

“Hey peanut.”

“Nicknames now?”

“Well what would you want me to call you?”

“Anything you want to call me.”

“How about girlfriend?”

“We’d have to be dating for that.”

“Exactly.”

I looked at him and squealed. He chuckled then picked me up as I wrapped my arms around his neck. He held me in the air and my mom walked into the living room smiling.

“This is a cute picture. Stay like that while I get my camera.”

“MA! You just totally killed it.”

“Oh shh. Now get together I want a picture of you two together.”

I rolled my eyes and Adam took me and held me close to him and put his forehead on mine. I was smiling from ear to ear I couldn’t believe how happy I actually was. My mom came back into the room with her camera and took a picture of us standing there the way we were. When I saw the flash I got on my tiptoes and kissed him. My mom decided to take another picture of us and when the flash went off my dad walked into the room.

“Please stop with the pictures. And please stop with the kissing. It’s too early for any of this.”

My mom laughed and my dad snaked his arm around her waist and I looked from them to Adam and he just smiled.

“What’s going on here?”

“Your mother and I decided we’re going to get back together.”

I jumped up and down and clapped my hands. This was the best day after birthday present.

“So when are we going back to Florida?”

“That’s the thing hunny we thought that since things have been going good for you that we would stay here. Besides this house is much bigger for our family.”

“What are you talking about our other house has two rooms. Thats plenty.”

“Honny just trust me we’re going to need extra rooms.”

“Can someone just tell me what’s going on.”

“Damn you can’t just let shit work can you. Grr. You ruin all the surprises!” Ty said walking in through the front door with Val holding his hand.

“What the hell are you talking about asshole?”

“Me and Val are moving in.”

“That’s such a surprise. Ass hole you told me that last night on the phone.”

“Fuck off Vik. Don’t ruin the surprise.”

“Will someone please just tell me!”

“Adam take her to the room and show her.”

Adam nodded and took my hand then walked us upstairs to the empty bedroom next to my dads well now my parent’s bedroom. He looked back at me and smiled then opened the door and moved aside so I could walk into the room. I walked into the room and saw it was all decorated. But the way it was decorated surprised me. It had little baby animals all over the walls, a white crib in the corner next to a rocking chair. It was a room for a baby. My mom was having a baby!

I gasped and ran down stairs with Adam in toe of me. I ran over to my parents and hugged them I couldn’t believe this was all happening. I couldn’t be more excited for them. We all walked into the kitchen and sat down at the island and drank coffee while my mom made breakfast.

“So when did you guys find out?”

“Well after I went back to Florida I realized that I was late and well I went to the doctor and he told me I was pregnant. So I told you father and we decided to wait until your party to tell you. And well last night you were so hyped up that we thought we should wait until this morning. And well your father had someone decorate the room while we were at your party last night and well here we are. Are you happy?”

“Of course I am mom. I am so happy that you guys are getting back together and now to find out your going to have a baby. This is so amazing. Congrats.” My mom smiled and stood next to my dad where he wrapped his arm around her waist and placed his hand on her stomach that was now occupied by my little sibling. Life was perfect! My parents who were divorced got back together. My boyfriend who was my best friend is now mine. My cousin and his girlfriend who used to be ex-girlfriend are now going to be living with us. Yup everything is the way it should be.
