once Upon a dream

chapter 3

"What do you mean?!" He said, looking at the cashier. "I'm sorry sir, but we can't refund this, it's open" he said, pushing the phone box back to him. He stare hard at the box, then looked up directly at the cashier. "Listen to me" He whisper to him, "I don't have time to deal with this crap, refund this, so I can get my money back, or..." he pause for dramatic effect. "You'll be sorry" he said, smiling,  showing his white teeth. The cashier gulp and nervously took back the phone box. Miguel smiled as he hear the register open and 300 bucks went in his hands

"Good choice" he said, shoving the money in his pocket, then walks out the store. He put his black shades on as the rain began to pour, thinking about the horror and destruction he could create with just one finger. Something buzzed in his back pocket, he pulled out his cracked screen phone and put it to his ear"what" he said as he was walking to his car.

"I got what you want, some Rubidium and C-5" Daniel said over the phone. Miguel smile, unlocking the door, getting inside his car. "I had to pull some strings though, it's not as if you can find this stuff at Wal-Mart". He said irritated. "Don't worry, I'll explain later".

Miguel said, starting the engine. Quickly he backed up hitting another car. An alarm went off, piercing the air. He cursed under his breath "what was that? What's going on?" Daniel said, there was a bit of panic in his voice.

"Nothing, just bumping into stuff. You know me, clumsy" He said, putting it in drive and step on the gas. The tires screech on the pavement as he drove off out of the parking, into the busy road. "Well okay, but guess what? Luna brought a new guy, turns out it's her cousin." 

Miguel continue to drive  faster, seeing how fast he could go. "Miguel, did you even hear me? Luna's cousin? His name is Ezekeial.  Weird name if you ask me, but he's a Neptune! Just like Luna!" He could hear the excitement in his voice, like he just won a puppy. He rolled his eyes "Look, just because he's Neptune doesn't mean he's God himself. We have to make sure".

A car honked at him to turn, he pulled down his window and stick his hand out, giving him the finger. He laughed and drove off, turning up the radio loud. "Okay okay, just hurry back here and take your stuff. They look dangerous, what are you going to use them for?" Daniel said. He could hear some shuffling and movements.  "Just for a project" He answered "But-" Miguel end his call and threw his phone on the passenger seat.

So, new guy is a Neptune? This is going to be fun he thought laughing, as he drives off, running pass a red light, leaving everyone in the dust.
