Third person POV
"C'mon Matthew!" Leah screamed running ahead of him up towards a hill.
"Okay.....Wait....w-wait," Matthew jogged up the hill panting. He looked around, out of breath.
Luckily it was breezy easily catching eye of her hazelnut brown hair blowing behind a tree. He was just about to scare her until he saw the beautiful view of what Leah was staring at.
Building windows and houses shine from the beautiful sunset.
Lush grass flowing form the wind throughout the fields below. Everything looked so calm and peaceful, it was heart-warming.
"Beautiful isn't it," Leah spoke in awe.
Wide-eyed Matthew replied, "Yes, because if it wasn't I would've jumped you from behind." She stared, both burst out laughing, fleeing from the hill.
Time passed as Matt and Leah began separate ways and had to sleep for bedtime "G'nite Matt," Leah whispered on her cell phone.
"Night Leah," Matthew replied, "It's my birthday tomorrow."
"Of course I remember silly! I'm calling you at twelve to be the first to greet you 'happy birthday'!" Leah said, and hung up. She flopped her head on her pillow, looked up at the ceiling a slowly drifted off.
"Leah........hello?" called a voice. She woke.
Finding herself in a bright white fog.
"Leah I'm sorry......Please forgive me...........I'm not who you think I am....."
She reconized that voice and started to cry out " Matthew? Matthew quit it this isn't like you." no reply, "Matthew! Matthew! Matt please! Matt!" She sobbed, where is her beloved friend?
*GASP*
She sat up, looked around.
"Just a dream.......Just a dream," she repeated to herself. She looked at the time, 11:59 , "Right on time," she thought a picked up her phone and started to dial.
*RIIIINNNNG*
