"What took you so long?" Scott asked with an annoyed tone in his voice.

"Relax, I was just talking to him. Is that really so bad?" Stiles answered calmly and he unlocked the Jeep.

"Yes it is, Stiles." Scott said, his voice raised a bit. "How do you trust that guy?"

"He saved our lives, Scott. If it weren't for him we may not be alive right now, so sorry for having respect for the guy." Scott huffed at him and ignored him the whole way home.

"See you tomorrow?" Stiles said questionably as he dropped Scott off at his house. He got no response, just a slam of the Jeep door. He sighed and drove home.

He opened the door and went straight to his bedroom, flopping on his bed without even turning on the light. He hadn't felt so blue in a while. He grunted as he got back up to shut the door and turn on the lights so he could actually see, then he turned around, instantly flopping on his front on the bed. He groaned into his pillow, regretting not asking Derek to hang out some time, or to at least have his phone number.

After about half an hour of grunting into his pillow, Stiles sat up about to go get some food when he was startled by a figure stood in the corner of his room by the open window. He couldn't quite make out who it was, all he could see was the piercing blue glow of their eyes. He let out a small yelp as he fell back and off his bed. He heard footsteps coming toward him then a deep husky voice said "hey, are you alright?" He sat up to look at the face of the intruder. It was Derek.

"Oh my god, Derek, you almost gave me a heart attack!" Stiles chuckled, taking Derek's outstretched hand so he could be helped off the hardwood floor.

"I'm so sorry I scared you, I just... I wanted to see you again." He said quietly, unable to look Stiles in the eyes.

Stiles lifted Derek's head so their eyes met. "It's okay, I wanted to see you, too." He smiled, letting go of the older mans hand and face. "So, uh, did you have something planned or did you just barge in through my window, hoping for the best?" He chuckled causing a grin to reach Derek's face.

"I thought maybe we could go get dinner some time?" Derek said, still grinning at Stiles.

"I'm free now." The younger boy replied.

"What?" Derek was shocked by this answer.

Stiles looked at him letting out a small giggle. "I'm free now. My dad has a night shift tonight and I'm starving. So yes, I'd like to go to dinner with you, Derek."

"Great," he said, looking back into Stiles eyes. "I know just the place to go." Derek grabbed Stiles hand and guided him downstairs and out the front door of the Stilinski house. They both got in Derek's car and drove away.

About a 10 minute drive later they reached the restaurant. It was nothing fancy, but Derek knew that it was Stiles favourite place to eat out.

"This place is my favourite, how did you know?" Stiles asked excitedly as him and Derek got out the car and walked to the pizza place that stood across from where they'd parked.

"Because, believe it or not, I know you Stiles." He answered before Stiles grabbed his hand, taking Derek by surprise, not that he minded. Then they walked in and sat at a table, still hand in hand.

~Time skip an hour or 2 ahead~

Derek and Stiles were just pulling into the drive way of the Stilinski house after a great meal and a fun, chatty drive home. Derek got out the car first and rushed to the passenger side door to let Stiles out, causing them to both burst out laughing. They walked hand in hand up the drive way to the front door, still chatting away until they came to a stop at the door.

Stiles turned to face Derek, staring into his eyes. "Thank you so much for tonight, Derek. It was so much fun." They both smiled at each other, mesmerised by one another.

"No, thank you for letting me take you out tonight. It was great catching up with you." He said softly, taking his hands out of Stiles' and moving them to his waist, gently pulling him closer. Stiles wrapped his arms around Derek's neck before they both leaned in, joining their lips in a soft kiss. It was so perfect. The way they kissed each other, they were completely mirroring each other's movements. There were no other words to describe it, it was just perfect.

They smiled at each other as they pulled away, leaning their foreheads against on another. "Hey, uh, can I show you something before I leave you?" Derek whispered.

"Of course." Stiles whispered back, he held Derek's hand as he was guided to his own bedroom. Where is this going? he thought. His mind was racing with thoughts of what Derek could possible have to show him. He stopped and looked back at the boy, he could sense his heartbeat speeding up. He lifted his hand to his lips and kissed it, instantly calming Stiles down.

Soon Derek let Stiles hand go and opened the window and began climbing out. "What are you doing?" Stiles asked rather concerned.

"It'll be okay, trust me." Stiles grabbed his outstretched hand and joined him on the roof of the house. They walked over to a particular spot and laid down, staring at the stars and the moon as they glistened in the sky.

"Wow... this is amazing." Stiles said, unable to take his eyes of the beautiful sky.

"Isn't it?" Derek replied also looking at the sky. "I will admit I've been up here before, just to lay and admire the night sky."

"Wait, so every time I heard a noise on the roof, that was you?" Stiles asked. He wasn't creeped out by it, in fact it made sense to him, how Derek knew so much about him

"Yeah... sorry about that." Derek chuckled as Stiles snuggled into him. Derek wrapped his arms around the boy and held him close.

"I love your laugh, it's cute." He said to Derek causing him to smile, dimples and all. "You should smile more, too. You have a beautiful smile." Derek kissed his forehead before he fell asleep in his arms. As much as he wished they could stay like this forever, Derek picked up the sleeping teen and brought him to his bed.

After an hour of watching Stiles as he slept, which by the way Derek found extremely adorable, he heard a car outside. It was Stiles dad, Sheriff Stilinski. Derek slid the window open and climbed out of it, leaving Stiles fast asleep after an amazing night.
