We used to be friends all last year
We overcame 7th grade fears
But now we are in eighth
I have lost all my faith
You have 2 other friends
What am I to you now
A 4th party
A ugly cow
You would stick up for me
Now you don't
You laugh with the others
But if it was you I won't
You used to be quiet
Quiet like a mouse
But this year your loud
This year you pounced
You are now a follower
A friend who betrayed me
While you laugh and joke
I stand there quiet as a tree
We talk
But not that often
We laugh
But not that often
We used to be friends
But now we are acquaintances
No more hugs
And no more appreciatives
I hope that you learn
Everything in life is not fun
But you will to be betrayed
And you will come and run
To me. But I won't be there
Just remember how you made me feel
