"You wanna tell everyone what you're thinking about?" The teacher said as i looked up. I looked around and saw all the sets of eyes on me. "She's probably thinking about her boyfriend." Trevor said from behind me and i rolled my eyes. "Screw off, Trevor." I scoffed and the teacher nodded. "See me after class, both of you." She said and went back to teaching. I sighed and crossed my arms as the bell rang. "Brandon wouldn't want you to just sit around and daydream about him all day." Mrs. Baker said and i sighed. "Brandon is waiting for me." I picked up my bag and she nodded. I walked out of the classroom and my body collided with another and i fell to the ground. "Oh, shit. Are you okay?" The person asked and i nodded, and looked up to see Trevor. "Yeah, i'm great." I rolled my eyes as i tried to walk past him. "Hey, look. Brandon was my best friend. I don't believe anything he's in there for." Trevor said and i narrowed my eyes. "Yeah, neither do i, and i wish everyone would stop talking about him like he's gone for good. He's not. And he's not my boyfriend." I snapped and Trevor raised his hands in surrender.

"They're charging me with some intense shit, Marie. I don't know if you'll be able to get me out of here." Brandon whispered and looked at the table, where my hands were only inches from his. "Think positive, Brandon. What are they charging you with anyway?" I asked as i placed my hand on top of his. "A lot. Like, possession of an illegal firearm without a license, possession of an illegal firearm without a license during the commission of a crime, intent to injure and kill, and they have evidence that i was planning and going to execute a huge school shooting." (a/n: just taking guesses here, based on a post from tumblr) Brandon sighed and i did too. "That's a lot. How do they have all of that?" I asked, confused. "They went through my house, my room, my phone, my computer. Everything. But please believe me. I swear i'm innocent." Brandon pleaded. "No, i know. I'm here. I think i know how to get you out of here." I said and his eyes lit up. "I'll see you later, i promise." I said as i grabbed my bag and signed out of the visitation.

"You think he was framed?" Trevor asked and i nodded. "There's a whole list of things he's being charged with and i swear to you, Trevor. He's innocent. The things they have him for, they're not Brandon. You're his best friend, does he own any guns?" I asked and Trevor shook his head. "No, not that i've ever seen." He said i nodded. "See, exactly. All we have to do is prove that he was framed and he can get out." I said and looked around. "I don't think it actually works like that." Trevor said and i nodded. "I have to try." I whispered and walked away.
