Chapter 7: Some news.

"Anna, honey. Time to wake up!" My mother called from down stairs.

I tossed and turned a little. Then I slowly opened my eyes. About two months had passed since the whole insident with Ian. I slowly stood up and walked into my bathroom. I got into my shower and listened to the water for a while. Badum, badum, badum.

I slid down in the shower, ever since the night in my bedroom, the whole thing just kept replaying in my head. I grabbed the scissors in the bottom drawer.

Kissing me.

Slice.

Taking my shirt off.

Slice.

Nibbling my breast.

Slice.

Undoing my bra.

Slice.

Undoing my pants.

Slice.

Taking his pants off.

Slice.

Entering me.

Slice.

Finishing me off.

Slice.

Revealing that I was a bet.

Slice. Slice. Slice. Slice.

Watching the blood flow down my arm into the drain makes me wanna...wanna. BLAH! Vomit, everywhere.

I wiped off the scissors and put the back. My arm wouldn't stop bleeding so I wrapped it in a towel and rinsed out the tub. I wrapped my arm in some bandage wrap and taped it at the edge. Then I threw my hair up in a pony tail and thew on some pajama pants and a long sleave shirt with a sweatshirt over top.

My mother walked in right in the moment I laid down on the bed.

"Are you feeling okay?"

"No, I just had a little scean in the shower."

"Let me feel your head." She lifted the back of her hand to my forehead. "Your awfully warm. And your father's already left for work. Let me see if I can take off."

"Mother, its fine. I'm fifteen. I can manage taking care of myself."

"Are you sure honey?"

"I'm sure."

"Okay, well I'll set out the flu medicine and some soup and I'll call and see how your doing at noon."

"Okay, mom."

"Bye sweetheart, I have to go or I'm going to be late."

"Bye mom."

Then she left. I was there, thinking of that night again when...BLAH! All over my sheets. Great, I'll have to change them now. I walked downstairs and took two teaspoons of flu medicine, when...BLAH! At least this time I made it to the sink. I rinsed it out and changed my sheets with a soft purple color sheets.

I turned on my television and grabbed the remote and laid in bed. I thought I'd take a little nap before my mother called.

* * * * *

From the first page of our story, the future seemed, so bright. Then this thing turned out, so evil I don't know why I'm still..surprised. Even angels have their weak escapes and..

"Hello?" I yawned.

"Hey hun, how are you feeling? Did I wake you?" My mother answered.

"Ugh, I couldn't even keep down that flu medicine. I feel terrible. And yeah I took a little cat nap and it turned out to be longer than I thought. Sorry."

"Oh, its no problem. You need the rest. I just wanted to make sure you weren't dead or anything. Why don't you take some more medicine and then try some soup. You may get sick again, but if you do it that way, there is a possibility that the medicine will stay in your system. Okay, sweetheart?"

"Okay, mom. I'll try that." I blinked my eyes trying to stay awake.

"Okay, goodbye sweetie. I love you."

"Love you, too." I hung up and dragged myself downstairs. I took to spoonfulls of the red syrup, people called medicine and then went over to my mother's note. I hadn't noticed this before, it said she wouldn't be home till nine-thirty. Great. I walked to the fridge and pulled out my mother's magical soup. It has some secret things in it that'll make you go wild.

It's super spicy too, so if you have the chills, it will cure that. I poured about a cupfull into a bowl and heated it up in the microwave. I walked into the living room, turned on the tv to disney channel and grabbed the deep chocolate colored blanket to cover up with while I ate.

The microwave beeped and so I had gone to retrieve that and then I grabbed the blanket to cover myself up and I watched television. Watching it made my head spin, it was probably all the dancing that Rocky and Cici were doing. I changed it to Law and Order: SVU and finished my soup. After they had finished solving the case I took my bowl out to the sink and rinsed it and put it into the dishwasher. I grabbed a 7-up from the laundry room and sunk back into the couch snuggling the blanket.

I had fallen asleep again when I felt this really strong burst in my stomach. I thought I was going to get sick again so I raced to the bathroom and feel down in the bath tub. I laid my head back against the back end and put a cool cloth over my head to just sit and calm myself.

I really needed some asprin, so I rumaged through the bottom cabnit and.. Oh. My. God.

I ran to my bedroom and picked up my phone. Two mothes had gone by. TWO MONTHS! I ran downstairs to check my underwear.

NO BLOOD.

"What did he do to me?" A single tear slid down my cheek. I ran back to my bedroom and reached underneath my closet's floorboard and grabbed my secret money box. I took twenty bucks out and put all the rest back and replaced the board. I slipped on some shoes and peddled to the nearest gas station.

I went to the medical isle and grabbed a test, paid for it and rushed back. I went to the bathroom and waited.

And waited.

And waited.

And looked.

And it answered.
