Everyone's eyes change colour to show their mood; until they hit puberty and learn to control it.
Two twins not only change their eye colour, but also their hair colour. They always exactly reflect the other, and although they learn to control it, they usually don't.
What happens to change that? Does the ability get completely stuck or will something/someone be able to unlock it for them? What colour do their hair and eyes get stuck on/what mood(s) is being reflected?
