You Broke Her

Eris looked at Coral and cried a little bit more, hanging from the wall. She kicked the wall. She kicked it again. Then she realized that she could kick the wall, and tried her other foot. Her legs were free!

A few minutes later, she felt one of her arms come loose. The only parts of her still hung to the wall were her torso and one of her arms, and suddenly it was just her torso. Eris tried to maneuver herself to fall gracefully, but it was obvious that grace was something she lacked.

As soon as she was free entirely free, she fell to the ground face first, with a small thud. She groaned.

A few seconds later, she was by Coral's side, flipping her body over and checking her pulse. It was faint, and it seemed as if her heart beat once every lifetime. Eris hugged Coral's head to her chest. A few blue flowers grew out of the wooden floors. Some of them grew around Coral's waist, wrapping her. Eris smiled slightly and stood up, leaving Coral in a bed of blue flowers.

Eris jumped over Coral and ran out of the room, sprinting down the hallways. A few people heard her, and opened their doors, but by the time they looked outside, Eris would be around a different corner.

Eventually, Eris reached a pair of large double doors. She threw them open, and realized it was the empty dance hall. She walked in. There were large pillars holding up the ceiling all around the room. She saw a second pair of double doors, this one smaller, and a sign next to them. The sign read, 'Dining Hall', in really fancy calligraphy letters.

Eris walked towards the doors, seeing no one in the dance hall. She figured Fury had gone to the dance hall.

Just as she placed her hand on one of the doorknobs, something told her to turn around, now. Eris did, and a blade hit the doors where her head had been. She turned and looked at the knife. It was covered in beautiful designs, and was a light purple lavender sort of color. It was also inches away from her nose. Eris made a small squeaking noise.

Fury giggled. "You know, you're adorable when you're afraid."

Eris glared at Fury. "I'm not adorable, and I'm not afraid!"

Fury giggled some more. "We'll see."

Eris began to run towards her, and Fury smirked. The little girl stopped running after noticing the smirk. She pulled a small ninja-star sort of thing from under one of her sleeves and threw it towards Fury. It flew through the air, stopping a few inches from Fury's face, as if it had gotten caught in an invisible wall.

Fury nodded. "Well, you're pretty smart..." She smirked. "For a blonde."

Eris glanced at her purple hair. She sighed, seeing that her hair wasn't blonde, it was still the color of lavender.

Fury rolled her eyes. "Oh, please, Lovey! I saw you when you were blonde. I have pictures."

The little girl made a face. She had hated being blonde! Everyone thought she'd grow up to be stupid, and whenever she managed to do something that required skill, people said it was just luck.

"I'm not a blonde!" Eris stuck her tongue out at Fury.

"Then what are you?" Fury raised an eyebrow.

Eris grinned. "Um. Awesome! Duh!"

Fury rolled her eyes. "You know, I could stab you right now. You'd be dead."

"Then do it." Eris thought of Coral. "I have nothing to live for." She realized before she even got out the first word that that was an absolute lie. She had Discord, and River, and although she wouldn't admit for several years, Raven, and depending on the day, she didn't bully Dusk.
