Meanwhile, somewhere else in the events center place that they were at, River and Raven were shouting and pounding on Phantom's door, trying to get him to answer.
Dagger answered instead. "Yes, children?"
River glared and shoved past her. Raven followed River. Dagger sighed and closed the door. Phantom was sitting at a vanity with his head on the table. Dagger walked past him and sat on the couch, then pulled out her phone and started texting someone.
River and Raven ran over and instantly started talking. Niether Phantom nor Dagger understood what they were saying. When they finally stopped talking they understood three words.
"Eris!" Raven said.
"Crazy bitch!" River shouted.
Phantom stood up. "I honestly have no idea what you two just said. What happened to Eris?"
The kids spoke in unison. "She was attacked!" They frowned at each other.
"Never do that again." River said. Raven nodded, and they looked back at Phantom.
He was staring at them, paler than usual. "Attacked...?" His voice suddenly sounded hoarse.
They nodded. He mumbled a word they didn't understand. It sounded Greek. He disappeared. Dagger peeked over the couch.
"Oh, God... I should tell Mom and Blossom..." She disappeared too.
Raven looked over at River. River rolled her eyes and grabbed his arm. They disappeared.
