My Broken Heart

Max's POV
I sat there on the ground crying until I heard the door open. I saw the doctors come in with the bed. I Attis up and I looked at her. Maddie. My first crush, my first girlfriend, and my first enemy. I held her hand. She was breathing. Oh thank god. I can't loose her yet.
"Um are you Max Mills?" The nurse asked.
"Yes."
"Ok well Maddie is stable now. We figured out what was wrong. When she tied the rope around her neck, it pinched on of her air tubes. She's ok now, but she is in a coma. We don't know how long she'll be in it, and it's up to you how long you want to keep her on life support."
"Keep her on it as long as you can." I said.
"Ok." She said then walked out.
She's ok. She's ok. I though. Good, but she is in a coma. I wonder how long she'll be in one.

Maddie's POV
I woke up but I wasn't in my room. I wasn't anywhere I knew.
"Hello!" I shouted.
"Ah yes Maddie. Welcome." Said a strange voice.
I turned around and I saw a gorgeous girl with long blonde hair and gorgeous  green eyes.
"Um hi who are you? And where am I?" I asked. I
"You're in the space between. You're in a coma in real life Maddie. You can chose whether you want to live or not." She said.
I'm in a coma? I want to live but I don't know how to get out of this. I need to fight. I need to fight the toughest battle ever. I need to win. I'm not going to die today.
"I want to live. I need to live." I said to her.
"You also never told me your name."
"Oh my name is Diana. And if you want to live you have to fight for it. You can't just say I want to live and be awake in your hospital room. You have to want it. You have to need it. You have to fight for it. Now go. You need to fight for your life instead of talking to me. If you need me just call my name." She said disappearing.
"Ok I can do this."
I started walking down hallways until I heard crying. I walked into the room and I saw me. It was the real me in real life. And Max! Why is Max crying over me? I wanted to hug him but I knew I couldn't and that I shouldn't he broke my heart. I can't forgive him that easily. I walked closer and I heard what he was saying.
"Maddie I'm so sorry. I should've never done that to you. Harvey and I were wrong to plan that night on our anniversary. It was wrong to do that to such a kind, caring, loving, loyal, and gorgeous girl. I'm sorry." He said holding my hand and crying.
Come on Maddie you can do this.
"Diana!"
"Ah you need help I see." She said from behind me.
"Ya how do I get out of here?" I asked.
"Well you have to find your way out there's many different ways. It could be through the people you love, or the things you love, or the things you like be to do. It could be anything. But the best way is to find what you call home." She said.
"Thank you so much!" I said running to my home. I wonder if this will work. I hope it does.
