I once made four outfits and asked ILYTMNT which of them would work as her galactic outfit. I got them from another dress-up game that I recently played when I saw them, the first thought that came to me was Kai. She told me the one you see now and mentioned that the other outfit next to it looks like something she would wear for training. So, I drew this. I got them from another dress-up game that I recently played and when I saw them, the first thought that came to me was Kai. In the fan made TMNT Story (around the episode "Outlaw Armaggon"), Kai finds these outfits in a room full of many costumes in Fugutoid's ship. I figured I do a Doctor Who reference, because the guy who does the voice of Fugitoid is David Tennant, the 10th doctor. Not to mention my favorite out of all the other Doctors. Still worked out. Am I right?
