"Shit, what are you doing?!" I shouted as he yanked me into his house and closed the door.
"Well it's dark outside and you never know who's out there" he says.
"Why do you care?" I ask, rolling my eyes.
"Why don't you care?" he fires back.
"Well, you can't live life afraid of everything" I say, remembering what Luke used to say to me.
He gave me a weird look before saying
"I can't believe your in here. No one can come in here" he looked panicked.
"Uh- should I leave?" I ask. I had no idea what was happening.
"No- I- my mother is- she doesn't-" he stuttered.
"She doesn't want me to interact with people" he whispered.
"Why?" I ask, confused.
"Why are you so goddamned nosy!?!" he shouted. I flinched at his loud voice. Suddenly I was quite scared of this strange boy. Was he bipolar or something?
He shot me a glare before running up the stairs, mumbling to himself.
"What the fuck?" I whisper.
Well, now at least I can leave. I look around once more and walk out the door, closing it gently behind me.
I walk into the cold night and try and remember my way back.
Why didn't I just go home when Niall was leaving?
I walked slowly through the forest, stumbling a few times.
I wonder what was wrong with him? Why is he so touchy? I guess he's just not good with people. I used to have major social anxiety but it wasn't like that. He was so angry.
After what seemed like hours of walking, I finally spotted my house. I sighed in relief and let myself in.
"I'm home!" I yell and see my parents grading papers in the dining room.
"How was the walk? You look a bit dirty" my mum said.
"It was an interesting walk, and I fell over so I got a bit muddy" I explain.
I walk up the stairs and have a shower and brush my teeth. I then put on some cosy pyjamas and scroll through tumblr. I'm obsessed.
After about 30 minutes I hear a bang on my window. Was it the wind? I walked over to the window, slightly worried and peered out.
"Oh shit" I say, startled.
